Even Pete Brailey the most staunchest of Tory members you could ever meet says he has given up on the party after today's budget. I go through two lies Jeremy Hunt told and consider how he has screwed the poor, those of us running SMEs and is protecting super rich folks with sons at Eton with another lie.  Like Peter I shall not vote Tory next time.  Then onto a man who is not a liar, Optibiotix (OPTI) boss Steve O'Hara and the presentation he gave today which is below. I mention Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) and an email exchange today at this point. Then a few words on Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) follow then on to Argo Blockchain (ARB) which I expect to go bust next week and Ceres Power (CWR) whose valuation is still bonkers despite the shares slumping by 80% since peak ramp. 

I mention, en passant, our next PM the economically illiterate Rishi Sunak and how boorish I find Tory MPs. Then I look at Vast Resources (VAST), Pure Gold (PUR), Mirriad (MIRI), Deepverge (DVRG) and Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) and the fat conceit that is Crispin Odey.

At what point is AIM Regulation going to say that enough is enough and kick Verditek (VDTK) into touch for what appears like serial securities fraud? Or do the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation consider that announcing contracts every single year since the 2017 IPO, contracts which eventually come to nowt but allow a share price pump and bailout placing, to be acceptable? Today we have another case study of the Verditek contract fraud.

At just over a penny, shares in Powerhouse Energy (PHE) are down by more than 75% so far this year. At peak ramp on 31 December 2020 they were 9.8p. To all those folks nursing 90% losses thanks to the (undeclared) paid ramping of Zak Mir and the ludicrous claims made by the company including its disgraced ex chairman, the liar and former Tory Minister Tim Yeo, you know who to blame. And it is not me who did warn you, not that you wished to listen.

Each January, AIM-listed Verditek (VDTK) - chaired by Tory toff, Lord David Willetts - would issue a trading statement, covering the calendar year. It was never anything to write home about, as, despite announcing huge orders ahead of a discounted placing, none would turn into actual er….orders. So, this was typically a January confessional. But in 2022, there was no trading statement.

We have covered the dodgy grants and loans handed out by taxpayer funded Innovate UK many times on this website. You will be delighted that it is at it again, this time handing out £315,000 to serial failures and deceivers of investors Verditek UK.  The grant is over 18 months but Verditek will be out of cash by Christmas this year but who cares? it is only taxpayer cash isn’t it?

So far you have met the fraudster Queen, the other South Africans on the board who are mired in this fraud and an enabler, broker Pello and its boss Andy Frangos who are also deeply implicated in  the Umuthi (UHS) bezzle and the patsy UK NED Colin Bloom. Then we established that nobody actually knows how many shares there are in issue. Now for a real killer. Does Umuthi actually have a  business? 

Thanks to a reader who points out that Colim Bloom, the patsy English NED at the fraud Umuthi (UHS), is a leading and well connected Tory as well as a devout Christian. For £3,000 a month he seems happy to remain a director afraid of no comeback. Perhaps that is because, like the fraudster Chris Cleverly who amazingly enough is linked into this story too, he is well connected to leading Tories.  Or maybe, like Julie “lingerie on expenses” Meyer (Praise be the Lord), he is doing God’s work?  Here is a news release from our beloved Government. In their 2019 manifesto, the Tories said they would not hike Income Tax or National Insurance. Today we learn that an NI hike of 1-1.25% is planned to help shorten NHS waiting lists and to pay for care for the elderly. So the Tories lied. But it is worse than that. What is proposed is manifestly unjust, it is the transfer of wealth from those without to those with it.

Just in case you were in any doubt as to what a dishonest and untruthful piece of shit former Tory MP Tim Yeo of sleaze infamy is and always has been, here is the judgement in full. To spare you reading the whole thing, I offer you a few gems on what the judge says about Yeo as a witness:

So we start with the corporate demise of sleazy ex Tory MP Tim Yeo. Here’s hoping that bankruptcy and complete humiliation follow on soon. It seems our resident in-house cheerleader for the establishment, PL, thinks that sleazy Tim should hang onto his shares in Powerhouse Energy (PHE). I explain exactly why he should not.

Maybe, under mounting pressure from myself and others, the regulators have finally forced the hand of Powerhouse Energy (PHE) because at 3.11 PM yesterday it was announced that its chairman, sleazy ex Tory MP Tim Yeo, had “been resigned”. The statement issued was, needless to say, a lie.

Over at Powerhouse Energy (PHE), the chairman is branded a liar by a High Court Judge but because Tim Yeo is a Tory Toff he gets to keep his job. At Verditek (VDTK) – the company that repeatedly announces big contracts to ramp the shares ahead of a placing only for the contracts to evaporate once the mug punters have ponied up, the Tory Toff in charge is Lord David Willetts. Because the good Lord is just the sort of fine fellow to whom we should all doff our cap, normal AIM rules don’t apply.

I have communicated with Britain’s finest regulators, no sniggering at the back please, a number of times on the matter of AIM bad boy Verditek (VDTK), the company run by Tory Toff Lord Willetts which is heading rapidly for insolvency. I have written again on the matter of its market abuse, deceiving investors to pump the shares ahead of bailout placings. The letter is below:

It is beer and popcorn time at Standard Listed Iconic (ICON) as former boss toxic Dave Sefton, for years a blot on the UK smaller company scene, and the patsy Good German directors John Quinlan, Liam Harrington and Samuel Regan Asante now face retribution from the new bosses. Bring it on. Sefton needs expunging from the quoted companies world once and for all and to hand back his illicit winnings.

Let’s be clear. Although it might be deemed best practice for a company the size of Versarien (VRS) to issue a year-end trading update, there is no legal obligation for it to do so. And the only best practice Versarien adheres to is in industrial-scale share issuance and deceptive share ramping activities. Had it won any material business at all, new contracts for graphene which actually generated real sales – as opposed to taxpayer handouts from his Tory chums – you can bet the ranch that loathsome Neill Ricketts would have been itching to shout about them via an RNS. He hasn’t so there are not any.

I have commented on Powerhouse Energy (PHE) on a number of occasions, as has Tom Winnifrith. Each time we comment it’s to note yet further red flags of concern. I think it’s worth a recap of some and also to note a further matter that has come to my attention which I think merits consideration. After all some people get all the luck.

I am sure I have heard that on the BBC about once a day for the past decade and it is what our schools and universities teach their kids. But oh no, the truth is very different. As Rishi Sunak prepares for more tax hikes in his budget, the Taxpayers Alliance has published new research showing what a Con the Tories have been while claiming to be a low tax party. It is shocking.

Obviously the big news today is on lavender. But I move swifty on to discuss the failings of the Standard List as exposed by Supply@ME Capital (SYME) in today’s shocker. Then I look at Xtract (XTR) where I confuse Panettone with Panna Cotta but flag up what is going on. Then it is Iofina (IOF), Online Blockchain (OBC) and finally Verditek (VDTK) where Tory Toff Lord Willetts needs to follow my lead and come clean ASAP.

In my detailed coverage of the POS AIM Company Verditek (VDTK) I have shown how in every year since its IPO it has announced contracts, ramped the shares and then having raised funds in a bailout placing or two, the contracts disappear. Sometimes it ‘fesses up, sometimes there is no ‘fess, other times I have to run articles and sheeplishly, Tory Toff Lord Willetts and his chums are forced into an RNS. Well here we go again.

At 3.11 PM on Friday it was announced that David Ryan will step down from his full-time role as Chief Executive Officer of Powerhouse Energy (PHE) on 30 June 2021. Thereafter he will continue to work for Powerhouse as a consultant at an engineering level. But actually change is happening before next June:

I have now proved beyond any doubt that technically insolvent Verditek (VDTK) has misled investors grotesquely during five separate fund raises. If AIM Regulation was not staffed by such poltroons, the shares would already be suspended. They may still be. So what does that say for the integrity of the man at the helm, the chairman Tory Toff Lord David Willetts?

Yesterday in a detailed bearcast I demonstrated industrial scale deception of investors in Verditek (VDTK) and of potential investors in a bond offering by the same company as massively price sensitive, and adverse, information was withheld in 2018.  It is now clear that the company, chaired by Tory Toff Lord David Willetts, has misled or actively lied to investors on a serial basis every year since its August 2017 IPO and on a broad range of price sensitive matters. I have proved 5 major cases of lying. But there may well be more and I have thus written to regulators urging them to suspend trading in the shares until they can independently verify the accuracy or otherwise of all statements made by this company. I wrote:

Oh dear, Lyin’ Chris Cleverley, the cousin of Tory party bigwig James, is in a spot of bother having been slammed by the regulators of the junior exchange Aquis for misleading investors in his POS company Block Commodities, formerly African Potash. Better still, Aquis acted on a specific letter from my good self sent on 18 November 2019.

Maybe having a Tory grandee, Lord Willetts, as your chairman means that you are allowed to commit securities fraud with impunity on the AIM Casino? As I exposed yesterday HERE, that is most certainly what Verditek (VDTK) has been up to. Given that it is currently technically insolvent and its shares are being ramped on an industrial scale by disgraced tipster Mike Walters of 3DM, Polly Peck, Minmet, etc etc infamy and others, another placing must be imminent. I have today written to the Chocolate Teapots at the FCA and the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation asking it to try to, for once, stop fraud.

Shares in Verditek (VDTK) have been pumped up to 18p, capitalising it at £52 million, on the back of supposed order wins. But this company is a serial liar in that regard. Its finances are shot so why does anyone buy into the nonsense?

Yesterday I published a letter from Amanda Solloway MP, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State – Minister for Science, Research and Innovation, to fellow Tory MP Bim Afolami in which she explained why Versarien (VRS) should receive a £5 million loan from taxpayer-funded Innovate UK, its largest ever such loan. Either this is Tory sleaze, Versarien boss Neill Ricketts boasts of his visits to No 10, or Ms Solloway has been badly misled. As such, I have written to her to alert her to that possibility. A number of MPs have now been contacted by constituents about the £5 million loan from taxpayer-backed Innovate UK to Versarien (VRS) which appears to breach a fact of Innovate UK’s own rules. It seems that now, even chancellor Rishi Sunak is looking into the matter as the letter below demonstrates.

The word on the Street is that embattled Pathfinder Minerals (PFP) CEO Nick "not for the many but the " Trew is, via spiv bucket shop Keith Bayley Rogers trying to raise not £450,000 but just £200,000 at 0.6p. This placement is all about securing votes to win an EGM.

The graph below is terrifying and makes a strong case for not voting at all in the General Election. It tracks the tax burden - the amounts the State takes from its citizens as a percentage of GDP. This is horrifying.

Old-time Labour voters have been moving to the Tories by the thousands over Brexit. What is it that they are truly concerned about?

You can always dismiss local elections as local contests which tell you nothing about the result of the next General Election. But when that next General Election is just five weeks away and when there are clear trends evident across the board you can make clear assumptions. Let's start with UKIP whose spokesperson Lisa Duffy said the results were "disappointing" but she would "not call it a disaster". As I write the fruitcakes have lost 98 of the 99 seats they were defending and not gained one. If that is not a disaster what is? UKIP is finished. And its votes have clearly gone Conservative.

As the ferrets plan to throw their hats into the ring the great Tory leadership contest is off and whoever wins will, on day 1 , be Prime Minister. So who will be leader? It is not who you want to win but who you think will win. Vote now with a deadline of midnight.

At 7 AM it is clear that the Tories are going to be able to govern alone for five more years. As someone who runs a small business, who would like the economy to prosper, to see jobs created and the deficit cut and who wants us all to have a say on Europe I rejoice. My only regret is that I was not with her wife and her lefty pals at their election night party as they tried to work out how to but the corks back in the champagne bottle.

We continue our series on why various ShareProphets writers are voting for a range of parties on May 7^th. I asked for a postal vote and so I have already voted and I voted Tory. Since I view the entire political class with contempt the main reason for voting Tory was to annoy my Labour voting wife. But there are actually three more serious reasons why everyone should vote Tory in the General Election.

On Thursday the good folks of Clacton in the green and pleasant county of Essex vote in a by-election caused by sitting MP Douglas Carswell resigning his seat. Oddly for a Tory MP this was not triggered by a sex scandal but because Mr Carswell has joined UKIP and will stand for UKIP in that contest and will win by a landslide. In light of that who do you think will form the next Government?

The European project is a grand political scheme, doomed from its inception. It is foretold in scripture. Genesis 11 4-9. According to the story, a united humanity speaking a single language decided to build a tower into the sky to overthrow God. In response, God confounded their languages and scattered them all over the earth. 

Actually I may not be voting Tory. There is mounting evidence that I shall be deprived of the vote completely thanks to Labour Dirty tricks – that is my wife (who explains the Labour case here) neglecting to put me on the electoral roll. If I do vote, choosing a party is like deciding which sort of shit you want smeared in your face for the next five years. But forced to choose there is only one sane choice and that is to vote Tory.

At around this time every year for the past ten years, Tom Winnifrith has written a piece predicting the end of the Euro by Christmas.  Despite the undoubted power of Tom’s pen, the Euro is still with us and is still carrying out its vital task of making European business more efficient and competitive. The reason why Tom makes a fool of himself every year in this manner is that he has no grasp of the importance of the European ‘project’, or what it means to our fellow Europeans.

I have, to the lasting shame of my dear departed Labour supporting Pater, steadfastly refused to vote. (Something I'm quite proud of). I've never voted & have no intention whatsoever of ever voting.  I think it was while reading Aldous Huxley (Brave New World) or The Ragged Trousered Philanthropists that the penny finally dropped. We're being cultivated and harvested by State apparatus. Divide & Rule. The lumpenproletariat are used as a commodity, labour, to be traded by the Alphas.

You cannot trust the Tories. It is that simple. The T-shirt logo below pretty much sums up what I and most former Labour supporters think about the Labour party these days.
