I asked on Friday whether AIM-listed jam-tomorrow internet of things investment company Tern plc (TERN) had run into some problems with its proposed listing on the US OTCQB market. A trip to the SEC website asks more questions than it answers.
When Oxford Cannabinoid (OCTP) listed in May, raising £16.5 million at 5p I warned you all that its £48 million market cap was a complete rum ‘n’ coke. This company will, in a best case scenario, generate first revenues in 2027 and it will very obviously run out of cash well before then. I reckon the next cash call is within a year. Meanwhile the non-financial red flags mount at an alarming rate.
In today’s podcast, I consider the video interview I’m doing later on the FCA, Ben’s Creek (BEN) and how its inevitable failure will come to haunt the AIM sewer, Vast Resources (VAST), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Seed Ventures (SEED), Eden Research (EDEN) and the dual list on OTC con, and Predator Oil & Gas (PRD)
Shameless Aussie penny share promoter David “Did I mention that Horse Hill is bigger than Saudi Arabia – Lenigas owns shed loads of shares in a tiny Aquis listed serial dog, Valereum Blockchain (VLRM), which has less than £300,000 cash and – as things stand – no actual revenues. par for the course with a Lenigas ramp. His ramping on twitter is bad enough but he saves the worst excesses for a private Telegram chat room where he assumes, one suspects, that he will not be exposed. Wrong!
Tomorrow sees a 23 mile training walk. It is nothing to do with the fact that the mother-in-law has just arrived but a recognition that Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks and that 34 miles is now just 5 weeks away. Think of the pain tomorrow and please donate HERE – we are now at just under £14,000 so please do give what you can afford. In the podcast, I look at the green madness of Malcolm Stacey, Boris Johnson and creepy Joe Biden and why I do not believe in any of it and how I shall make money from it. Then I discuss the scam, I exposed today, of claiming that a dual OTC listing will push share prices higher: it will not!
On 8th January 2021, the fraud Zoetic International (ZOE) announced that its shares had started trading on the US OTC market, OTCQX and the shares jumped by 10% on the news. For the big lie being pushed by shameless promoters of frauds and other penny dreadfuls listed in the UK is that such a listing will put a rocket under the shares.
Comedy from across the pond where things have taken a turn for the worse for ex-Milestone favourite Lyin' Larry Cummins and his latest ex-employer, Black Cactus Global (OTC: BLGI), which has been forced to put out a hilarious mea culpa. Wonder who’s been ramping wildly?
A £2 million placing by Ortac Resources (OTC) clearly shows a return to a more positive attitude by investors to fund exploration risk. Having said that, developments do see investors follow more than $30 million of investment risk capital already sunk into Casa Mining’s, DRC-located, Misisi gold project.
In this video from the storming success that was the 2017 UK Investor Show, Vassilios Carellas, CEO of Ortac Resources (OTC), is at the podium. And make sure that you keep April 21 2018 free for next year's UK Investor Show.
It’s interesting to note recent developments by AIM listed miners, Ortac Resources (OTC) and Premier African Minerals (PREM), where both have taken a shine to CASA Mining Ltd a private Mauritian registered company, led by the veteran geologist Michael Foster.
Say what you like about fraudster Rob Terry, the man is a comedy genius. I am sure that when he does get sent to prison he will be providing entertainment for his fellow inmates in all sorts of ways. But away from the shower block one way will be as a comedian. Terry's latest commentary on the "blog" of his new ponzi, Quob Park Estate is a comedy classic.
