A Blast From The Past – ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty Origo Partners Heads For AIM Execution Chamber

A note out on 26th April 2022 from AIM-listed Origo Partners (OPP)updated its long suffering followers that its shares would be suspended from the month end, as its Nomad, Arden Partners, was being acquired and was giving up on the Nomad business. But since the asset disposal programme was almost finished, the company advised that it was not looking for a replacement. So as of 30 May 2022 Origo’s career of the AIM Casino will be history.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast – my longest for many months but, IMHO, jolly entertaining

Fear not: no waffle; this is not bad.  I start with Rishi Sunak, his Mrs, and tax non-payment. Then, I look at: Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COPL), caught telling another monster porky today; Vast Resources (VAST); Omega Diagnostics (ODX); Victoria Plumbing (VIP); Arden Partners (ARDN); Ince (INCE); and a new uber dog on the Standard List – Ajax Resources (AJAX), another overvalued example of crony capitalism.

Ince and Arden – even the Oxymorons agree with me on Conflicts of Interest – deal blocked

When professional services group, Ince (INCE), announced that it was buying its own, subscale, Nomad Arden Partners (ARDN), I suggested this posed such humungous conflicts of interest that it was a duff deal.  Ince, advised by Arden, disagreed. Ho. Ho. Ho.

CyanConnode – ‘a world leader with a growth fundraise’. Really?...

Describing itself as “a world leader in narrowband radio frequency smart mesh networks”, CyanConnode (CYAN) has announced new funding which it states “allow us to maintain momentum and win some of the large opportunities being presented to us” – and the shares have currently responded up to 16.5p. This though follows I previously questioning “solid progress” or continuing cash burn? (And what about the borrowings?!) with the shares falling below 21p in January. So what now?…

CyanConnode – “solid progress” or continuing cash burn? (And what about the borrowings?!)

CyanConnode (CYAN), which describes itself as “a world leader in Narrowband Radio Frequency Smart Mesh Networks”, states that it “is pleased to provide a trading update for the nine-month period ended 31 December 2021”. What then is it which sees the shares currently 3.5% lower below 21p?…

Letter to AIM Regulation – after Fake Sheikh expose, suspend ADM Energy Now & launch formal enquiry into Cairn and Arden

I have written to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation, led by the bogus Sheriff of AIM Marcus Stuttard, following two shock revelations on this website which should mean a 7 AM Monday Suspension of Trading in shares in ADM Energy (ADME) and a full enquiry into Nomad Cairn Financial & broker Ardern.  The letter follows:

BREAKING: ADM Energy – to fall for one fake sheikh is understandable but to fall for two looks like carelessness

This latest expose c/o Winnileaks is why shares in ADM Energy (ADME) should be suspended first thing Monday. Not only has the company and its hapless Nomad Carin sit on news of a major legal claim against it as I revealed yesterday but it seems to have met its second fake sheikh, a letter from whom is below. And to have used this fake sheikh to ramp the shares ahead of placings.

CyanConnode – now follows loss-making results with another RNS Reach announcement. Why?...

Describing itself as “a world leader in Narrowband Radio Frequency Smart Mesh Networks”, CyanConnode (CYAN) has made an “Inauguration of IoT Innovation Centre in India”-titled announcement and the shares are currently a further circa 9% higher at around 28p. What of the news and the valuation?…

CyanConnode – half-year trading update, is “pleased to provide” justified?

Describing itself as “a world leader in Narrowband Radio Frequency Smart Mesh Networks”, CyanConnode (CYAN) states it “is pleased to provide a trading update for the six months ended 30 September 2021”. The shares have currently responded up towards 13p, but are still down from the more than 16p reached last month.

Ethernity Networks – following recent RNS Reach, discounted fundraise (natch!)...

Just over a week ago Ethernity Networks (ENET), describing itself as “a leading supplier of data processing offload solutions on programmable FPGA (field programmable gate array) hardware for accelerating telco/cloud networks”, was “pleased to report” that its ‘UEP-20’ product “passed the field trials, with bonding successfully performed on a variety of products from multiple vendors, indicating the ability of the solution’s interoperability and flexibility”. The announcement was though an RNS Reach i.e. “non-regulatory”, and I’ve stated the question to ask on such announcements to be ‘Is there a financial reason for such an announcement to now be made?’. He should resign at once allowing newly appointed CCO Kirsty Fuller to take charge. The Mercantile Ports & Logistics fraud - Arden partners now on the record

Over the past few weeks we have published a string of letters sent by a significant shareholder in AIM listed Norfolk Mercantile Ports & Logistics (MPL) to its Nomad Cenkos so that when Mercantile runs out of other people's money as it surely will, the shamed former adviser on the Quindell (QPP) fraud cannot say that "it did not know." Its role is on the record as you can see in our full coverage HERE. Now that same shareholder has written to Daniel Slater, the analyst at co broker Arden Partners responsible for - arguably - the worst research note of 2017.

MPL

Why a research note from a house broker is just so much shite - possibly the worst note of 2017, Arden on the Mercantile Norfolk

The house broker on AIM earns its money not from investors but from corporates. It banks £2-4,000 a month as a retainer and then makes 5% commission on any funds it raises. Lovely jubbly, coke and hookers all round. Of course that makes its research less than impartial. Prostitutes do not tell their clients that they have a small dick and so you would not expect Arden Partners to conclude that shares in Mercantile Ports & Logistics (MPL) are worthless crap, which they are. Welcome to a strong contender for the worst research note of the year to date.
