Live Company Group – operational update, cost savings for “working capital requirements”?

Events and entertainment group Live Company (LVCG) has issued an ‘operational update’ emphasising its belief in its multi-divisional strategy and that during 2022 “the K-POP division added a new event, the StART division added several new events in new territories including Korea and South Africa, LCSE confirmed the FE race and BRICKLIVE added shows in new locations and hosted its first event since 2019”. So why a current share price response approaching 10% lower at 2.75p, a £6.7 million market cap?

Live Company Group – emphasises 2020 development, so why further share price decline?...

Live events and entertainment group Live Company (LVCG) has announced an update including “not only did we manage to survive this turbulent period… with many of our competitors ceasing trading… but we added an additional division to the company” (Sports and Entertainment). However, the shares have currently responded more than 7% further lower, to 5p, capitalising the company at £5.5 million...

Brick model events and shows group Live Company (LVCG) Chairman David Ciclitira is “very excited at the chance of adding significant revenues to the group from our new division, which will be achieved with minimal addition to our central overheads. Discussions with our global partners with regards to the expansion of this new division have been very positive and we look forward to providing further information in due course”. The shares have currently responded to 5.25p... er 30% lower!...
