After hours Coro Energy (CORO) declared a placing and open offer to re-invent itself as a “green business”. The deal values a company of no substance at £572,280 of shareholders cash as a “Golden Hello” and £150,000 per annum and share options to the same value to the 50% owner to become the CEO.
