The great lie pushed by those supporters of bitcoin and other crypto currencies was that supply of bitcoin was limited by the halving formula. So, we were assured that while promoters of shares or funds or any other asset would always match demand with new supply, bitcoin was different. Of course, that was just misleading.
Maybe I shall save the celebratory ouzos for tonight and double up as I watch liberal tears as we see a Red Wave in the mid terms. I discuss that briefly then go on to look at Applied Graphene (AGM) and what it is like running a company facing corporate death as well as the ethics of my scoop last night. I look at Online Blockchain (OBC), Mello destroying its brand c/o Zamaz (ZAMZ), Argo Blockchain (ARB) and a couple of points about Seraphine (BUMP) from an accounting perspective and in terms of changing consumer behaviour and also how as a bear one can do non financial DD.
I start today's Bearcast by agreeing with the vile Peter Mandelson on why the Tories really are toast. Then it is onto musicMagpie (MMAG), ProCook (PROC), Online Blockchain (OBC), ADVFN (AFN), Cellular Goods (CBX), Gild eSports (GILD) and Eden Research (EDEN). What a roll call of infamy.
I start with AMTD Digital, run by a man banned from operating in Hong Kong, whose US listed shares have zoomed ahead by 14,000% since its IPO a few weeks ago. It is now valued at more than Goldman Sachs. This is insanity writ large but it is risky betting against insanity. Then it is onto the stench of the Betahny Garner affair, Cellular Goods (CBX), Kanabo (KNB) and Oxford Cannabinoid (OCTP) where i discuss other clear signs that a bailout placing is being lined up. Then it is onto Online Blockchain (OBC) and the threat ADVFN (AFN) should be making against it. Finally I discuss La Willingham's Nightcap (NGHT), its trading statement and the cash crisis looming this Autumn.
In today's podcast, I discuss the FTSE 100 sliding; bitcoin's crash; Coinbase; Online Blockchain (OBC); Argo Blockchain (ARB) and 3 questions Peter Wall MUST answer; Cellular Goods (CBX), where Wall today stepped down as chair (odd timing); Verditek (VDTK); the shame of Innovate UK and ex-footballer and NFT spiv, Michael Owen; Petropavlovsk (POG); and Versarien (VRS), where a cash crisis looms. Now, to brace myself: the mother-in-law will arrive at her new home in just a few hours.
I write this as someone who operates a small venture with ADVFN (AFN), and, at this point, nobody has bothered to tell me where I stand; so, what follows is informed speculation - I am in the dark as much as you. Yesterday afternoon, the GM results came in.
I explain why and about a bit of a mishap as I left Wales. The it is onto musicMagpie (MMAG) after this piece earlier, Parsley Box (MEAL), Chill Brands (FRAUD), Online Blockchain (OBC), TrustPilot (TRST) and Knights Group (KGH). After my enforced training walk thismorning you can donate to Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks HERE on the news of our new star walker.
Having asked for readers tips for 2021 for the prize of 1/2 litre of Tom Winnifrith’s Greek Hovel olive oil (2021 harvest) HERE, the following is an update on performance with just one month to go (to be eligible needed to have selected, on a once per username basis, a buy & sell pick from the LSE or AIM casino and the stocks not to have been suspended at the commencement of 2021)…
I need to write this quickly so as not to interrupt the luncheon plans of Mr Roland “Fatty” Cornish, Nomad to this fine company. I would imagine that the start of Advent or the anniversary of the birth of Winston Churchill or the fact that it is Wednesday will be seen as good reason for a celebratory seven course meal starting as soon as Fatty has finished his elevenses. And so to rush. Fatty, you and your client Online Blockchain (OBC), the bastard parent of ADVFN (AFN) have goofed with final results today and those results will have to be re-stated. That is, if you care about accounting rules as much as you care about your reputation as the City’s greatest gourmand.
Having asked for readers tips for 2021 for the prize of 1/2 litre of Tom Winnifrith’s Greek Hovel olive oil (2021 harvest) HERE, the following is an update on performance as at the end of October (to be eligible needed to have selected, on a once per username basis, a buy & sell pick from the LSE or AIM casino and the stocks not to have been suspended at the commencement of 2021)…

Once again we get an RNS reach from spoof company Online Blockchain (OBC) run by the same gang who run ADVFN (AFN) which put out its own comedy release today as discussed in bearcast HERE. But this one is so special it needs a full translation service. The translation is in bold.
Having asked for readers tips for 2021 for the prize of 1/2 litre of Tom Winnifrith’s Greek Hovel olive oil (2021 harvest) HERE, the following is an update on performance as at the end of August (to be eligible needed to have selected, on a once per username basis, a buy & sell pick from the LSE or AIM casino and the stocks not to have been suspended at the commencement of 2021)…

Is the sound okay? The arrival of the Mrs and Jayarani means a change of recording location. I start with Peter Brailey’s Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) expose. If the FCA does not come down on director Ron Pilbeam like a ton of bricks we might as well all give up. Then I look at Vast Resources (VAST) – a total bargepole stock where I sniff a deeply discounted placing – then challenge you on two counts regarding Online Blockchain (OBC) before considering Argo Blockchain (ARB) its strangely worded RNS today and whether it will still be solvent on St Ledger’s day.
First up, would you rather listen to Joshua on Dinosaurs than to me on shares tomorrow? He thinks he is the world’s greatest expert but perhaps we should see how he fares on the Sunday quiz if Darren yields to his demands and has some dinosaur questions in it first? In today’s podcast, I look at the FCA’s new business plan, at ADVFN (AFN) and why Yair Tauman need to put up or shut up, at Online Blockchain (OBC), Supply@ME Capital (SYME), Seed Ventures (SEED – in detail – and en passant the fraud Zoetic (ZOE) and Orcadian (ORCA) which I backed pre IPO and which Peter Brailey writes up HERE.
Having asked for readers tips for 2021 for the prize of 1/2 litre of Tom Winnifrith’s Greek Hovel olive oil (2021 harvest) HERE, the following is an update on performance as at the end of June (to be eligible needed to have selected, on a once per username basis, a buy & sell pick from the LSE or AIM casino and the stocks not to have been suspended at the commencement of 2021)…
Having asked for readers tips for 2021 for the prize of 1/2 litre of Tom Winnifrith’s Greek Hovel olive oil (2021 harvest) HERE, the following is an update on performance as at the end of May (to be eligible needed to have selected, on a once per username basis, a buy & sell pick from the LSE or AIM casino and the stocks not to have been suspended at the commencement of 2021)…
Good news. We are now at £44,456.89 so almost at the £48,000 target. Please, if you are yet to donate do so today HERE. In the podcast I cover Sosandar (SOS), Amigo (AMGO), Online Blockchain (OBC), Telit (TCM), Argo Blockchain (ARB) and “guru” Michael Saylor, Bidstack (BIDS) and Colin Bird’s Tiger Royalties (TIR) which is a right old dog.
Suddenly we dinosaurs who did not understand why a worthless piece of code, which was inherently vulnerable to substitution by other worthless but cheaper pieces of code, was so valuable don’t look quite so dumb. Bitcoin is down by 18% at sub $35,000 having been $64,870 just four weeks ago. This time it is not the prick Elon Musk to blame, the bubble today is being pricked by China.
If Clem Chambers manages to keep his job as boss of ADVFN (AFN) as Israeli brainbox Yair Tauman plans a boardroom clean out, it will only be because AIM dog Online Blockchain (OBC) owns 18% of ADVFN. And who runs Online? Er…Clem Chambers. Today, Online, which celebrates its 25th birthday next week having racked up more than £5.5 million in losses and has less chance of making a profit than I have of shagging Cheryl Cole, for this week at least, has news. Wait for it…
Having asked for readers tips for 2021 for the prize of 1/2 litre of Tom Winnifrith’s Greek Hovel olive oil (2021 harvest) HERE, the following is an update on performance as at the end of April (to be eligible needed to have selected, on a once per username basis, a buy & sell pick from the LSE or AIM casino and the stocks not to have been suspended at the commencement of 2021)…
Yesterday I speculated at great length about the possibility that Israeli brain box Yair Tauman with a just sub 19% stake in ADVFN (AFN) might be able to call an EGM to oust the board led by Clem Chambers. It seems that King Clem agrees with my analysis and is running scared. Today he announced that he had exercised 411,473 options at 14p taking his stake up to 1.014 million shares or 3.88%.
Having asked for readers tips for 2021 for the prize of 1/2 litre of Tom Winnifrith’s Greek Hovel olive oil (2021 harvest) HERE, the following is an update on performance as at Easter (to be eligible needed to have selected, on a once per username basis, a buy & sell pick from the LSE or AIM casino and the stocks not to have been suspended at the commencement of 2021)…
No doubt my friend Brokerman Dan will say that I am just a dinosaur and that Clem Chambers of Online Blockchain (OBC) is a genius but today’s news makes no sense at all. Perhaps folks celever than me can explain.
Having asked for readers tips for 2021 for the prize of 1/2 litre of Tom Winnifrith’s Greek Hovel olive oil (2021 harvest) HERE, the following is an update on performance as at the end of February (to be eligible needed to have selected, on a once per username basis, a buy & sell pick from the LSE or AIM casino and the stocks not to have been suspended at the commencement of 2021)…
In today’s podcast I look at Remote Monitored Systems (RMS), Online Blockchain (OBC), Zoetic (ZOE), Zenith Energy (ZEN) - after today’s bombshell expose - ADVFN (AFN), Optibiotix (OPTI) and Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX).
I guess it was about seven miles that my daughter and I managed and it was terribly muddy so hard going but I am not in great shape. On the last Saturday in May, I shall be doing 34 miles. I need to up the pace a bit. In the podcast I cover: AIQ (AIQ), Online Blockchain (OBC), MyHealthChecked (MHC), Zoetic (ZOE), Kanobo (KNB) and Ariana Resources (AAU).
Obviously the big news today is on lavender. But I move swifty on to discuss the failings of the Standard List as exposed by Supply@ME Capital (SYME) in today’s shocker. Then I look at Xtract (XTR) where I confuse Panettone with Panna Cotta but flag up what is going on. Then it is Iofina (IOF), Online Blockchain (OBC) and finally Verditek (VDTK) where Tory Toff Lord Willetts needs to follow my lead and come clean ASAP.
Yup, if he does an interview with me and my tough questions, shares in Optibiotix (OPTI) go down. So, going forward, it is only those paid-for interviews with folks like Proactive. “Steve, is your schlonger enormous or gigantic? Why are your shares so cheap? etc etc.” Whatever, I apologise to you all for asking the odd question. Without my malign influence, Optibiotix would clearly be in the FTSE 100. I discuss this company’s prospects and also those of Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) where I am also a loyal shareholder. I look at Trainline (TRN), Online Blockchain (OBC) and Vast Resources (VAST).
I start with the 12 day of Christmas, what it means and what will happen here. Then it is on to events in Georgia, gold & the US economy. Then in today’s bout of market madness I look at Bidstack (BIDS), Argo Blockchain (ARB), Online Blockchain (OBC) and at Zenith Energy (ZEN).
In today’s podcast I look at Powerhouse Energy (PHE), bitcoin, Online Blockchain (OBC) and ADVFN (AFN).
I start with Joshua’s Advent calendar and with some right-wing harridan on Twitter who reckons that suggesting Jesus was a refugee is anti-Jewish left-wing fake news. Then it is onto Falanx (FLX) en passant, Online Blockchain (OBC) and to Remote Monitored Systems (RMS), both of which have disgraced themselves yet again today.
Two years ago after a bout of shameless ramping involving IR genius Steffi a certain Manchester based blogger and the company, shares in Online Blockchain (OBC) touched 200p at which point low life broker Smaller Companies Capital organised a £1 million placing at 100p.
First up I explain why I am going to make some damson jam with Joshua this weekend and why, thanks to Clem Chambers and Online Blockchain (OBC), you can win a pot. I mention en passant FastJet (FJET) and its journalist-smearing fascist bastard PRs at Citigate Dewe Rogerson, Wishbone Gold (WSBN), Big Dish (DISH), and Supply@ME Capital (SYME). Then I do a long piece on 7Digital (7DIG).
I have recorded a long Coronavirus podcast on my own website HERE. On today’s podcast on shares, I look at Versarien (VRS), Supply@ME Capital (SYME), Online Blockchain (OBC) and Sound Energy (SOU) and the sordid world of the whore blogger Malcolm Graham Wood.
I had a long chat today with my stockbroker, City veteran A. Laiker Esq on what it is like working from home. He loves it. I sense so do many others. I have loved it for years, being essentially a miserable and anto-social bastard. Companies will also love this new trend in the post Covid era and i discuss its implications. I look at Intu (INTU) and what an awful position it is in. The shares are a zero but discuss the whole sector. I run through the latest rumours on Ascent (AST), reveal that it is Novum Securities that has welshed on a £200,000 commitment but report another (bad news) rumour that Ascent needs to comment on. I look at a good deal for Webis (WEB) but think my old pal Jim Mellon is taking the piss with his view of who qualifies as an "independent" director. Then onto the markets where we have another bad news is good day and finally the prize contest relates to the utterly shite results of Online Blockchain (OBC) snuck out at no-one is watching O'clock yesterday alongside the pretty shite numbers from sister company ADVFN (AFN)
ADVFN (AFN) sister company Online BlockChain (OBC) shares a Nomad in Roland "fatty" Cornish. If you read the 2019 accounts you will be squealing with laughter yet the shares have rocketed 58% today. Why? No doubt Roland is on the ball and a statement will be forthcoming. I look at the madness at Davos, signs of peak bull market insanity and at the news from Westminster Gtroup (WSG) chaired by repellent pig The Right Honourable Tony Baldry of 3DM infamy.
Having asked for readers tips for 2019 for the amazing prize of a meal with Tom Winnifrith (or the chance to fob it off on someone you don't like), the following is the final results (to be eligible needed to have selected, on a per username basis, a buy & sell pick from the LSE or AIM casino and the stocks not to have been suspended at the commencement of 2019 – as is similar for this year’s competition HERE). For 2019, the winner is...
Firstly, I am delighted to say that NoGold has been in touch about the £50 bet. Good man. Then I reflect on G3 Exploration (G3E) in light of Evil Banksta's excellent piece yesterday. It is now more than six years since I ignored a certain amount of pressure and published the Bloody Dossier HERE. Under the Roger Lawson rules I would not have published. I am, again, vindicated. I comment on Anglo African (AAOG) and will have more to follow on toxic David Sefton and Iconic (ICON) later. Today's news moves Lyin' James Draper of Bidstack (BIDS) one place up my target list. I look at Online Blockchain (OBC) in detail and also at Fulham Shore (FUL) where the numbers look all wrong and which is, I fear, an accident waiting to happen. The £65 million valuation is crackers.
Having asked for readers tips for 2019 for the amazing prize of a meal with Tom Winnifrith (or the chance to fob it off on someone you don't like) HERE, the following is an update on performance as this year’s competition enters its final month (to be eligible needed to have selected, on a per username basis, a buy & sell pick from the LSE or AIM Casino and the stocks not to have been suspended at the commencement of 2019)...

I am a proud confirmed Luddite so need your help in explaining the business model of Clem Chambers’ Online Blockchain (OBC). You see he is beta testing a new product: FreeFaucet.
Look I am serious. Start donating to Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks HERE or I will show a photo of Dan Levi's underpants after his latest training walk which caused sores in places you do not want to think about. On the markets I look at Goals Soccer Centres (GOAL), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Mirriad (MIRI), Debenhams (DEB), Optibiotix (OPTI), and Online Blockchain (OBC).
In today's podcast I explain why own in-house Bulletin Board Moron Wildes has disappeared, how I am considering kidnapping the Chavs cat, a forthcoming contest and then I look at Amur Minerals (AMC), MX Oil (MXO), Audioboom (BOOM) and Online Blockchain (OBC).
Number one is Amazon (again). Number two is Barclays Bank (BARC) again! And the third is explained HERE. Elswhere I explain what it means when I am made an insider and how I have to behave. I look at the bitcoin bloodbath and in that vein at Argo Blockchain (ARGO), Vela (VELA) and the Clem'Chambers spoof Online Blockchain (OBC). I cover Falanx (FLX), Photonstar Led (PSL) and AO World (AO).
In today's podcast I look at Babcock (BAB), which is not a fraud, and the fraud Globo (GBO) and the use of the word "refute". I also cover Johnston Press (JPR), RM2 (RM2) - another Neil Woodford dog - Haydale (HAYD) which looks increasing;y like a zero, Online Blockchain (OBC) and Amur Minerals (AMC)
The full year results from Online Blockchain (OBC) do not look that terrible until you compare them with the interims at which point you start to ask just when will the money run out. This statement is terrible and, understandably, the shares – 200p at peak ramp earlier this year – have slumped another 3p to 22p-27p. Ouch.
I start with the final part of my story of battles with the bastards at Barclays (BARC). Then I cover Wishbone (WSBN), shares we own, Online Blockchain (OBC), shares I'd rather eat my own toes than own, MySquar (FRAUD), Conroy Gold (CGNR), I3 Energy (I3E), Catenae (CTEA) and Oilex (OEX).
Happy Hop-tu-naa to any listeners in the Isle of Man, and happy Halloweebn to the rest of you. I start the podcast with a handy tip on dealing with the Trick or Treat menace. This afternoon I head off with Joshua to deal with the bastards at Barclays (see yesterday's bearcast) and I will report back on that tomorrow. I look at Crawshaw (CRAW), I3 Energy (I3E) doing a Cathy Newman, at Photonstar Led (PSL)) which is toast, Online Blockchain (OBC), at FastJet (FJET), lessons for Neil Woodford from GYG (GYG) and elsewhere and why Thirsty Paul Scott and others should keep December 3 free.
In today's bearcast I start with a look at Patisserie Holdings (CAKE) run by my pal Luke Johnson and I discuss the nature of fraud. I look at Sosandar (SOS) again and get really very angry (warning bad language alert), at FastJet (FJET), Telford Homes (TEF) and the folly of Government policy, Online Blockchain (OBC), and at Urals Energy (UEN) and the folly of the AIM Cesspit.
It has now emerged that Brokerman Dan attacked what he thought I said about Angus Energy (ANGS) without actually listening to what I actually said despite us giving him a 24 hour pass for bearcast access. He spouts an awful lot of piffle in his latest article but declines to print corrections. Poor Dan. Oddly on one major point he is almost correct. Moving on, I also look at Cenkos (CNKS), Frontera (FRR), Rosenblatt (RBGP), i3 Energy (I3E), MySquar (FRAUD), Online Blockchain (OBC) and Kellan (KLN).
Most of what was in yesterday's bearcast on Angus Energy (ANGS) stands. The ramping is sordid and the company MUST come clean on Tidswell-Pretorious and his sordid share dealings. But I do not believe there is a placing at 6p. I was played and discuss that. Project Fear cheerleader Mark Carney says a no deal Brexit could cause house prices to fall by 35%. I explain why he is talking total cock (again). I look at Amur Minerals (AMC), Pan African Resources (PAF), Obtala (OBT), Online Blockchain (OBC) and ADVFN (AFN). I did not ask how ADVFN is affected by the new EU article 13 on copyright breaches? I cannot think that it will be a good thing for it.
I start with a reflection on 9/11 and the Orwellian claims to be fighting terror as discussed in more detail HERE. Then it is onto Roger Lawson of ShareSoc and his claims of how the mainstream press view me. Heck if they really thought that why do they keep lifting our stories and running them as their own work? Whatever. I regard the MSM as part of the problem of stockmarket corruption and not the solution and explain why. Then it is onto UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Toople (TOOP), Oneview (ONEV) and a real problem with Nomad resignations on the AIM Casino, Frontera (FRR) and Online Blockchain (OBC) where directors really need to Show Me The Money or the shares will carry on sliding.
In today's delayed podcast I look at the lessons for SalvaRx (SALV) from the Plethora (PLE) & Regent Pacific episode and ask what is happening at Regent as its shares continue to slide? I also look at the increasingly confused picture at Online Blockchain (OBC) and then ponder why CEO's should not be a guide to share prices or when to sell, ref Optibiotx (OPTI), noting also today's events at Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX)
Recorded and transmitted from the Greek Hovel I appear to have upset someone because my ,language has become too ffing clean. Whatever. In this podcast I look at Andalas (ADL), Frontera (FRR) and Online Blockchain (OBC), Clem Chambers' block-spoof.
Brokerman Dan has been replaced as the maps man on our Woodlarks Charity walk on Saturday. Perhaps we now know why in his former career he did not always get away. For it turns out that the walk is not 32 miles but 33. Lucian has mapped it out in full. Cripes. We now need just over £2,000 to reach our £20,000 target so if you hav e not yet sponsored me please do so HERE. Get us to target & I will shut up about it. In the podcast I look at IQE (IQE), Rangers FC and another date in court for Dave King, Thirsty Paul Scott not understanding what research means & wanting me not to cover Sosandar (SOS), Cenkos (CNKS), ADVFN (AFN) and Online Blockchain (OBC), Highlands Natural Resources (HNR) and Fishing Republic (FISH) which, I think, is AIM toast in waiting
Both men attended last night's UK Investor presentation and then plied me with drinks after the event and then at a pub. I rarely drink anything these days and I reacted very badly. God knows how I made the plane but, in the end, I did and woke up in Kalamata. A bit on last night and on Greece and then I look at Telit (TCM), Online Blockchain (OBC) where Clem Chambers' spoofing seems to be having less and less effect and finally the fraud MySquar (MYSQ). It is day two of the trial it wont tell you about.
I explain why Steffi has been a naughty PR girl (again) as I consider Andalas (ADL) - a worthless and insolvent dog which is still not coming clean. The prize is for anyone who can explain the Online Blockchain (OBC) gibberish spouted today. It really is nonsense is it not? I also want to know how it is doing in terms of cashburn and there is no pointer to that. I look at FastJet (FJET). Its PR firm - Citigate - once tried to fight off my legitimate - and now vindicated - critique of its (lack of cash) position and its failure to answer questions by saying I was motivated by a hatred of Greeks - its PR bird being a bubble. Oh the irony. Citigate, employer of fragrant Eleni Menikou, your bosses are still free speech denying, journalist smearing wankers and your client is still fucked. I also look at Westminster (WSG) and Pantheon Resources (PANR). Right I am now off on a training walk. Brokerman Dan and I have now raised more than £5,000. We are seeking to raise £20,000 for Woodlarks. That will be a game changer for a great charity. 95% of listeners have NOT donated. To those who have I say thank you. To the rest, I know you can afford a tenner. Please cough up now HERE
For the last time I laugh at Ed Croft's joke system at Stockopedia which rates Quindell a storming buy after it is exposed as a fraud and Globo a buy but slates, for instance, Learning Technologies (LTG) - did you see its news today Ed? Then I look at the Begbies Traynor (BEG) red flag report which is remoaners treat and an even bigger abuser of data analysis than Quindell cheerleader Ed Croft. I also cover my pike fishing exploits and Online Blockchain (OBC) - now more than 50% below its placing price and 75% off its year high.
Darren uploaded yesterday's podcast by mistake becuase he is a fucking idiot. I am considering his future and mine tonight. Here now is today's podcast. To tip Quindell before Gotham City and I started to expose it was perhaps understandable. But to single it out as a stunning value investment afterwards? Who could have been so fecking dumb? As you can see HERE it was the same system also that thought Globo was a cracking investment when some of us very publicly said it was a fraud. Which system could be so bad? Step forward Ed Croft and Stockopedia and he says that Nigel Wray invests in "sucker stocks"?. I explain why Ed's system is bound to have some horrible failures and miss a stack of big winners. In this podcast I also look at Vitesse (VIS), Tern (TERN), Inspirit (INSP) which has a mega spoof today and Online Blockchain (OBC) where I am just a confused old dinosaur.
Version 2. Darren cut off 6 minutes of the podcast first time around. I am a nice guy. I will not fire him...until Monday. After many years I have upgraded from a Nokia brick to a sort of smart phone but I cannot work out how to answer calls or indeed shut it off or put it on silent. So in this podcast it very much plays the shepherd of Porlock. In the podcast itself I discuss my domestic arrangements ahead of the return of the Mrs and a weekend with the mother-in-law ( some of us have all the luck) then look at TrakM8 (TRAK), RM2 (RM2), Online Blockchain (OBC) and reminisce about Sefton (SER) and Jimmyliar Ellerton, prompted by a long chat with Brokerman Dan last night. In detail I look at Fishing Republic (FISH) which looks, to me, an increasingly sick puppy. If you like bearcasts then remember that at UK Investor on April 21 one of many highlights will be a live bearcast with myself and Paul Scott. Make sure you book a free ticket HERE using the promotional code WINNIFRITH.
As old Jim Mellon is such a good friend I thought I'd have a butchers. Is it because of more problems at the Diabetic Boot Company or is it a cash crisis at SalvarX (SALV) or at Regent Pacific? What is it about this related party nest of snakes that is making investors shun shares in Jim's Port Erin (PEBI)? I discuss in detail. I also look at MySquar (MYSQ) as the fraud skids to a new low, Ecsc (ECSC), the cyber junk play, FastJet (FJET) - another bailout placing ahoy - and old Clem's spoof Online BlockChain (OBC) as it tanks again. And then its RIP Conviviality (CVR), formal notice of wipeout for those who punt on the back of a brokers note and for other investors. If you like bearcasts then remember that at UK Investor on April 21 one of many highlights will be a live bearcast with myself and Paul Scott. Make sure you book a free ticket HERE using the promotional code WINNIFRITH.
I make no comment about the latest outing by the boss of Online Blockchain (OBC). You will see in the declaration that I don't own the shares and that is not likely to change.
Okay the most frequent poster in our comments section is a nutso commie but hat tip to Wildes for a phrase he taught me today. In the bearcast I discuss how to make real bread ( my next career?), Accrol (ACRL), Micro Focus (MCRO), Inspirit (INSP), Conviviality (CVR), Mothercare (MTC), Online Blockchain (OBC) and have a prize contest on TechFinancials (TECH) - can anyone explain this bollocks to me. The prize will be awarded at UK Investor on April 21 where the highlight of the day will be a live bearcast with myself and Paul Scott. Make sure you book a free ticket HERE using the promotional code WINNIFRITH
It is advertised all over ADVFN with - I assume - Online Blockchain (OBC) paying the full commercial rate. But here's a promo for free. How would you want free pizza with PR bird Steffi and the entertainment provide by ADVFN (AFN) and Online boss Clem Chambers. I say entertainment - have you seen this video below?
I start with a bit of a go at BBC Radio 4 for its quitee lamentable content this morning. I am somewhat prompted by my thoughts on the Oscars HERE. I then looked at Just Eat (JE.), Luceco (LUCE), Challenger Acquistions (CHAL), Falanx (FLX) - where I am glad to be a shareholder - MySquar (MYSQ), the holocaust denying fraudsters and Online BlockChain (OBC).
Today's bad news for Britain's most conceited fund manager, Neil "Nomates" Woodford is a savage note on Purplebricks (PURP) by broker Jeffries setting a 94p target as you can see HERE. I discuss why this target could be too low or could be far too generous but the shares are certainly a slam dunk sell. I look at IQE (IQE) in light of Matty Earl's bombshell note HERE. There is comment on Online BlockCrap (OBC) and a look behind the headline numbers and the turd polishing which shows why Mobile Streams (MOS) is so deep in the unpolishable merde
The current exuberant mood of the market has thrown up some great opportunities for bears as well as bulls on AIM recently. But for bears they are not for the faint hearted. Timing is particularly difficult when shorting rubbish and, particularly in these times, it pays to drip feed into a position and to maintain plenty of margin. Even then it is not unusual for a stock to double against you as happened to me recently with Online Blockchain (OBC)
I start with US classic car prices. It is relevant, bear with me. Then it is onto the Begbies (BEG) red flag report, a real bombshell. Then Carpetright (CPR), Bonmarche (BON), Dignity (DTY), RM2 (RM2), Online Blockcrap (OBC) and Character Group (CCT). I also look at today's article in te Times on insider dealing and welfare fraud.
In this podcast I look at the FCA Report into CFD providers. It rightly slams themn. We have told ETX we will have nothing more to do with it and really I want no part of this industry. As a libertarian I look at an industry where 76% of customers lose money. Then I hail the King, that is the King of the spoofers, Mr Clem Chambers of Online Blockcrap (OBC) - as I also cover HERE. I look at Moss Bros (MOSB) and what its profits warning plus the problems at Byrons say about B2C stocks. I also comment on Sosandar (SOS), which we own, en passant. Finally I look at the IPO of Nuuvera on the TSXV ( a market that makes the AIM Casino look sober and well run) and what that means for FastForward (FFWD). I again explain why all cannabis stocks will not fly.
The Nomad is Roland "Fatty" Corniush, the most incompetent financial adviser in the known universe so, on that basis, Clem Chambers blockspoof Online Blockchain (OBC) must feel under no obligation to tell the truth as it places £1 million at 100p. This is the stuff of peak bull market insanity.
