Cloudtag (CTAG) was a bulletin board darling which we exposed as a bankrupt fraud on this website numerous times HERE. Eventually the company's Nomad, Liam Murray at Cairn Financial, arrived at the same conclusion and gave his notice of resignation. However the company then raised £975,000 via broker Novum without telling Novum or anyone else about that resignation. Murray thus resigned with immediate effect and Novum unwound the placing while, with no other Nomad prepared to take on this toxic client, it was booted off the AIM sewer in March 2017.
As someone who occasionally shorts companies, particularly on AIM, my goal is to find companies which are total frauds and so their shares ultimately prove worthless and I get 100% profit. However, I also like to short what I term "stock promotions", where management and/or shareholders have used various methods to get the stock to levels which are impossible to justify. On AIM, a stock promotion can take companies which are essentially worthless to a value of several hundred million pounds, depending on the story being spun.
Over the weekend I flagged up more questions that are begging about the purchase of DMS Holding 2017 Limited announced by uber dog Toople (TOOP) on Friday. So far no response. So here are a couple more for financial advisor Cairn, of Cloudtag infamy, to ignore completely.
You supplied numerous good entries in last week's contest as you can see HERE. I particularly liked the Cloudtag (CTAG) morons, the triumph of hope over experience, spotted by Warren Boofit
@THeAIMClown is long of Eurasia Mining (EUA) though he doesn't declare as such as he drones on ad nauseam about how cheap its shares are. But he demands to know on twitter of, the wrong, Gary Newman and myself if we, our families, friends or associated parties are short. Where to start?
I want to get in there before my colleagues and flag up that the valuation of the ramp du jour AFC Energy (AFC) is absurd and that the company is drowning in red flags. Reading some of the Bulletin Board posts this smells just like Cloudtag although obviously it is not a Norfolk. Natch. I want to makle that clear.
I despair at the stupidity of some investors. I detailed earlier a series of threatening and frankly idiotic tweets from Iconic (ICON) shareholders to me encouraging me to stop doing my job, with threats and abuse. But one moron stands out for his stupidity.
Hapless Nomad Cairn Financial of Cloudtag (CTAG) infamy has been contacted by both email and phone, to establish whether it has done, as it should do under FCA Rules and contact the FCA regarding suspicious share trades ( i.e. insider dealing) in ADM Energy (ADME) by Dubai Royal Shaikh Ahmed Bin Dalmook Al Maktoum. There has been no reply. To focus the attention of Tony Rawlinson, Liam Murray and Jo Turner round at Cairn, here is what appears to have happened. A timeline.
Shares in ADM Energy (ADME) are almost certainly, more or less worthless, as Gary Newman explained here. Those who paid c20p at peak “Sheikh on the Make hype” for the shares must be spitting nails. The object of their anger should be Nomad Cairn Financial, of Cloudtag infamy, to whom I have written today cc’ing in AIM Regulation and the FCA. The letter follows.
In today's podcast i look more at the Sheikh on the make at ADM Energy (ADME) and the failure of Nomad Cairn of Cloudtag (CTAG) infamy. Just how big is that failure? Then a few words on Neil Woodford and finally I discuss the full extent of the possible regulatory horrors which follow on from today's shocking breaking news on AIM "superstar" First Derivatives (FDP) . Update First now says the lawsuit that could have bankrupted it was withdrawn ( it has not said why) on Friday. That does not explain why there was no RNS on Wednesday.
As we all know, Cloudtag (CTAG) was a former darling of the AIM Casino which had a few problems with nasty people like us pointing out that it was a total POS in every way until it was booted off the Casino when the Nomad resigned. It now seems that a part of the Cloudtag empire has bitten the dust as Companies House has announced the Final Gazette notice for Cloudtag Active Limited...
Over on the LSE Asylum they are getting terribly excited about a Parliamentary Petition to ban shorting AIM stocks. If they can just find another 98,000 morons to sign (I’d start with the Frontera (FRR), Quindell (QPP) and Cloudtag (CTAG) shareholder lists) then this idea will be debated. Fraudsters must be praying they do...
Frontera Resources (FRR) has been forced to issue a clarification statement about the Cayman Islands legal case that could see it lose all its assets and go to zero. I suspect AIM is forcing its hand here, concerned that the stupidest shareholder list on this planet are just not getting the message.
Yesterday Frontera Resources (FRR) received a second lawyers letter from convertible loan note provider Yorkville in regard to the $2.65 million outstanding debt on which it is now in default. The letter accused Frontera of lying to investors. Frontera has not disclosed that letter, or its contents nor has it repaid the sums due to Yorkville Instead it has issued another RNS which is simply misleading. It is doubling down on lying and apparently Nomad cairn is fine with that?
In the end the chaps at Nomad Cairn walked from Cloudtag (CTAG) when it was clear that it was a fraud run by liars. Frontera Resources (FRR) is a shit show run by liars and a fallout with death spiral provider Yorkville (YA) today could be the final straw for Cairn – might it resign leaving the (worthless) shares suspended? Or will Frontera just go bust?
In our relaunched Bulletin Board Moron of the week contest, there were some fine examples of moronic activity by investors in Tern, UK Oil & Gas, Cloudtag, Whetstone and other great British Companies nominated by ShareProphets readers as you can see HERE. But there has to be a winner.
Two investor favourites, Optibiotix (OPTI) and Versarien (VRS) comprised four of the top ten stories.
Amit Ben Haim does not like to be at the helm when one of his enterprises goes belly up. He always quits and leaves a gent called Massimo Ventimiglia to pick up the pieces. And hence we come to Cloudtag (CTAG) subsidiary CT Technology Services.
Hat tip to reader A for bringing my attention to an industrial tribunal which shows Amit Ben Haim, the CEO of the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG), which was booted off AIM last year, caught lying blatantly. Amit...your pants are on fire.
It is not yet a done deal but my sources tell me that the corporate broking team led by Jon "for 5% I will raise cash for any old crap" Bellis from shamed Belfort Securities, now in administration, has this very morning just arrived at Novum Securities.
It does seem like this is dragging on but the class action group of shareholders in what was AIM listed African Potash (AFPO) seeking compensation from Nomad Cantor Fitzgerald for allowing untrue RNS statements to be issued, seem on the verge of actinn.
If you were dumb enough to own shares in the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) before it was booted off the AIM casino you will swallow any old horse. If proof was needed of this two investors, from the Shareholders Group committee, met with the company's CEO Amit Ben Haim and its IR man Jamie Bligh on 13 February. The minutes are a hoot and can be accessed below.
Last year I was involved in two rollercoaster rides, UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) and Cloudtag (CTAG). Having called UK Oil a sell at 3.1p, I saw it go to 11p. As I write it is sub 3p. In July when it was around 6p I used a WW2 analogy and suggested that the army of bulls had reached Stalingrad. To continue the theme it is looking like Berlin is all but surrounded.
Remember the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG), booted off AIM after its Nomad quit after it told just one too many total lies? Perhaps this is a spoof but it seems that fitness bands are not the place to be, Cloudtag is getting into blockchain. Natch!
The winner of the 2017 prize competition will be revealed tomorrow. We now though open the competition for 2018 - and once again the prize is a meal with myself. If you dislike me, you can fob that meal off on someone else. All you need to do before midnight on January 1st is to post in the comments section below your stock to buy and your stock to sell for 2018 (from the LSE or AIM Casino and the stocks not to currently be suspended). Steve Moore will monitor and report back monthly on how the competition is faring. Good luck all and especially, should they enter, to our favourite semi-naked Quindell & Cloudtag owning twins Hayley & Kate Whittaker, pictured below.
Having asked for readers tips for 2017 (on a per username basis, a buy & sell pick from the LSE or AIM Casino and the stocks not to have been suspended at the commencement of 2017), for the amazing prize of a meal with Tom Winnifrith (or the chance to fob it off on someone you don't like) HERE, the winner is...
Ahead of 2018's selection to follow over the next week or so, how have 2017's tips fared to-date?...
The fraud du jour of 12 months ago Cloudtag (CTAG) continues to pretend it is a real company with real operations. Its website even has a year end message from CEO Amit Ben Haim. It doers not have FY 2016 or H1 2017 financial results but who cares about numbers when you have Amit spouting 100% bull. Amit tells his moronic followers:
I must admit to having a slightly morbid fascination with the various death spiral variants. They all look so similar on the face of it but the devil is in the detail and although the one announced by Tern (TERN) on Thursday looks harmless enough, it could easily crucify the share price, much more so than has been seen already.
I had to smile this week as both Aberdeenman and Neil Woodford published blogs dealing with their investment elephants in the room namely Nuformix (NFX) and Prothena (NSDQ: PRTA) respectively. Worryingly, it was hard to tell the difference between arguably the finest stock-picker in the UK of the last twenty years and the Scottish market-abusing LSE, Twitter and blogger loon!
I suggested last week that the time had come for oil stock promotion UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) to come clean about its financial position and update the market on where it stood on its flow testing at Broadford Bridge. I suggested the shares were a sure fire short at 4.6p.
It is on the LSE Asylum so it must be true. This moderated forum censors readers who say express bearish stances on frauds like Cloudtag (CTAG) and MySquar (MYSQ) but gives its readers free rein to discuss my mother's suicide or to, oh the irony, commit market abuse by knowingly spreading an untruth that I have committed market abuse by telling you to sell as I buy. And like moths to a flame they all leap to discuss this obvious lie in great detail.
Heck it is on twitter so it must be true as you can see below
I was excited to see how Nuformix (NFX), the renamed company previously known as Levrett, would perform on debut yesterday as the LSE’s bulletin board in-house expert was predicting great things. Alas, it was all a bit of a damp squib but let’s hope at least that he managed to take a bit off the table during his ramp though.
I start with a trip down memory lane this October 13th. It's back to 1987. can you remember why? Then, if you thought punters in Cloudtag (CTAG) or MySquar (MYSQ) were bonkers ( well they are) then meet Helios & Matheson. This tale will have you in stitches. Unless you are a MySquar moron in which case you will probably see it as an investment opportunity. Then it is onto UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), the Frogs selling and the slump to 2p or less. BTW Lucian Miers is now well in the money and added to his short yesterday. I explain why i3 Energy (i3E) is doomed and will crater soon and also go into the mounting woes of Conroy Gold & Natural Resources (CGNR) after this morning's news.
The bronze medal for EVR Holdings (EVRH) as it managed to get out its results on Thursday so beat a couple of contenders in the Results Preview race. Unfortunately, there is not a lot else to say as there was limited information in the results although that won’t stop me trying to get a contractually agreed 400 word article from such dire raw material.
It's been a Worthington heavy week on the Bulletin Board Moron contest beat. Yet, as much as Juicin Drumroll beats that musical instrument, his nominatees didn't win yet again. Juiicin you just can't beat a Cloudtag (CTAG) moron..
At the start of the month, I asked the question on the lips of all the Levrett (LVRT) shareholders, namely when the bloody RTO was finally going to arrive. Well, fair play, it was announced on Friday and shareholders should be pleased, particularly the founders who got in at a fraction of the price of the ordinary private investor.
We had a lot of great entries this week for the Bulletin Board Moron contest. Apparently, all you need to do is give a desirable prize and people enter. And the prize this week is...? Oh, dear.
Having asked for readers tips for 2017 for the amazing prize of a meal with Tom Winnifrith (or the chance to fob it off on someone you don't like) HERE, the following is a monthly update on performance (to be eligible needed to have selected, on a per username basis, a buy & sell pick from the LSE or AIM Casino and the stocks not to have been suspended at the commencement of 2017)...
The bit about naked women explains itself but is of course a cue to link to the photo articles on Quindell's & Cloudtag's daftest shareholders, semi naked sisters Kate & Hayley. China and the UK property crash elaborates on the points I made in the property crash bearcast HERE. And then we turn to the question of can you find a thousand bagger, the new ASOS (ASC) . I ask this because of Malcolm's words on IQE (IQE) HERE and because I am just about to make a large new investment - could it be the next ASOS? It won't be but I explain why that does not mean I am not excited.
I had to laugh this week when I witnessed the marketing genius of one of the key investments of YOLO Leisure and Technology (YOLO) which came straight out of the CloudTag playbook and would be well known to most readers here. How could it possibly go wrong?
When the cash still hasn’t arrived! Tom Winnifrith gets upset (see) when I write negative comments about Obtala (OBT) and so I’ve kept quiet for a while, but there comes a point when you just have to ask the question: WTF is going on? Since Tom believes in free speech (as well as Obtala) he - as ever - allows me to write here.

This has massive implications for the AIM Casino. We saw last week that the London Stock Exchange was washing its hands of tackling Nomads who sign off on frauds and so allow investors to lose all their cash to shysters. Now the private sector moves in. I can reveal today that Cantor Fitzgerald will be sued by investors who lost money on the African Potash (AFPO) fraud because it was negligent in signing off on fraudulent releases. If this case wins the floodgates are open...
I started the PLC death list in June 2015 with 21 members. The aim is to pick stocks that will either go bust or get slung off the AIM Casino. Each departure requires a nreplacement. With nine new entrants today 40 names have joined this select group. So far there have been two outright failures on my part, Mariana Resources (MARL) and Jersey Oil & Gas (JOG). There was one volte face but I was ahead at volte face point and it was a great call both short and long - Wandisco (WAND), two near kills, InternetQ (INTQ) and Monitise (MONI) and thirteen slam dunk kills: Cloudtag (CTAG), Worthington (WRN), African Potash (AFPO), Jiasen (JSI), Camkids (CAMK), China Chaintek (CTAK), JQW (JQW), Afren (AFR), Daniel Stewart (DAN), Sefton (SER), Outsourcey (OUT - boy I enjoyed that one - Afriag (AFRI) and Auhua. So 13 out of 31 = 40%+ - not bad eh? Arguably that is 15 out of 31 - almost 50%! That leaves:
I see that UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) has cemented its position as the nation’s favourite oil tiddler with a stonking rally to 5.1p since my recent short call at 3p. I haven’t received such joyous vitriol on twitter since I called Cloudtag a sell at 7p and saw the shares rise to 20p. Tom Winnifrith gleefully points out that he is glad to see someone take over as the Bulletin Board Moron's No 1 hate figure, at least for now.
For the second time in a week we have seen share options exercised at AIM listed Norfolk MySQUAR (MYSQ) - this time it is 1.875 million warrants exercised at 5.5p which will add £103,125 to the coffers. that is kind of handy for this cash guzzler which is close to running on fumes. But this is a spoof.
It's a duopoly of duds this week. What to do? There were few entries last week, which seems to show that the bulletin board posters on LSE and ADVFN and III have all been sensible and humble for the past seven days.
The AIM casino has hosted the London stockmarket's biggest fraud for almost 40 years (Quindell) and a raft of smaller frauds in recent years. One might almost say that fraud is endemic. Yet, in a consultation paper published this week, the London Stock Exchange (LSE) has insisted that it is not within the remit of its own AIM Regulation department to tackle fraud or indeed do anything about it. This shows a complete contempt for investors - we bank the fees, you bank the losses.
Of course Cantor Fitzgerald is so large that it could afford to compensate all of the 70 or more investors working with Peter Petyt and this website to try to recover losses from the African Potash (AFPO) fraud. But the publicity of a case would be hugely embarrassing so sordid would be the revelations. Anyhow just 10 days more sweating for Cantor...there is an update from Petyt.

As we saw earlier as I relayed the sordid take of Rita, her brother and Belle Trace, not so lovely Riita Whittington, the shamed and embattled CEO at Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP) entered a service contract with her employer on 11 November 2011. On 2nd June 2017 the company received a GM request to, inter alia, fire Rita. So what to do?
In case you missed it, last night was the The fifth annual Small Cap Awards' black tie gala in London. The crony capitalists from across the Square Mile gathered to say how well they had done being paid vast amounts to stuff dumb fuck investors into shite stocks, before the spivs departed for some late night celebratory coke and hookers. And boy were the crony capitalists doing well. Let's start with the winners:
A blast from the past yesterday as I note that the Singapore-based investor, Epsilon Investments, has acquired 10 million shares in Toople (TOOP). As Epsilon’s history shows, it really is the modern day patron saint of lost causes, AIM’s very own St Jude; although I wonder if it recently had a very narrow escape.

It was a keen competition this week. But we have found a winner.
So, considering that Tom Winnifrith is away with his wife and his in-laws, away from the Greek hovel, and spending time at some Greek luxury resort, the first non-Tom story is CloudTag – Some great news, Amit Ben-Haim is all yours now by Cynical Bear at number 9.
I’ve been away for a few days so just catching up on matters and first things first, I need to pick up my normally excellent colleague, Steve Moore, on a couple of glaring ommissions in his piece on Kin Group (KIN) and its funding announcement earlier this week. It was rather rude after all to not give a warm welcome to an old friend.
iAs always, the competition was sharp, but the accountants, made up of teams from PwC and the FCA, have counted the votes several times and declared, "Eh, close enough."
Having punched a bit under the belt yesterday with a dig at potential insolvency at the UK subsidiary, I thought I would bring some great news to CloudTag (CTAG) shareholders. Amit Ben-Haim appears to have seen the error of his ways and ditched all other directorships so that he can now solely focus on generating shareholder value at CloudTag. Can’t think of any other explanation….
Well, the first non-Tom article is by me, at a lofty #4: Leavers are either nuts or hiding what they're really on about. There, I said it. To be honest, I still haven't received a satisfying answer in the comments.
Despite the nonsense spouted by AberdeenMan, Mr Selfridge and BrokerMan1 on LSE about CloudTag (CTAG) and its bright prospects, confirmation that the end is nigh has reached Companies House with the CEO, Amit Ben-Haim, stepping off the board of CloudTag’s UK subsidiary and being replaced by the Grim Reaper himself, Massimo Ventimiglia.
There has been much merriment in the bear community recently with the spectacle of short seller Marc Cohodes more or less single-handedly exposing the shenanigans at Toronto listed sub-prime lender Home Capital Group on his twitter feed. The debacle has now become main stream news in Canada and Marc has attained a kind of rock star status amongst his burgeoning army of followers.
As you know I have been keen to ensure that all those who cost investors millions of pounds in facilitating the fraud that was African Potash (AFPO) face justice. Thus I have been pushing to assist those who did lose to get some of their cash back with a legal case against the Nomad Cantor Fitzgerald. The man in charge of that is Peter Petyt who has just sent an update to those who have contacted him. If you lost money and want to get on board it is NOT to late. Peter writes...
What's not to like? No Listing after being booted off AIM because no Nomad would sign off on its lies. No product for sale. Almost no cash left. And now the Finance Director of the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) has quit. More red flags for tea vicar?
Cloudtag (CTAG) lied to investors to pump its stock price to allow it to raise equity and for insiders to sell. That makes it a fraud. But what was the extent of the wrongdoing? Perhaps Amit Ben Haim would like to discuss Golden Bridge Services Ltd?
Of course, of course, of course, the winner this week has to be a Cloudtag (CTAG) supporter. If moronism could be converted to energy, there would be no need of windmills and a Cloudtag supporter would be plunked into the ocean every 500 metres all around this island.
In the past seven days, 43,154 unique readers read 70,771 pages on ShareProphets. The circulation of the Investors Chronicle is c30,000. Shares is less than half of that. To our critics who think we do not count, we say think again.
Fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) may have been booted off the AIM Casino but in the few months before insolvency the comedy continues. The company has held an AGM the highlight of which was news that the 2 NEDS Tony Reeves and Jerry Bereika have resigned. Lyin' Amit Ben Haim says that the a search for new directors with the requisite skills to match the Company’s future requirements is underway. Hmmm what would that skillset be?
Before I call it a day I want to see the victims of the African Potash (AFPO) fraud get some of their money back, even if some of those victims were fairly beastly to me as I exposed the fraud. Friday's bombshell from Potash shows the game is up but the big frauds happened before this worthless enterprise was booted off AIM. To that end I have been working to help put together a legal action. That action is now almost underway and Peter Petyt, the man running things, wrote to more than 50 victims who have come forward at the weekend. If you lost money and want to try to get it back it is not too late to contact Peter. His letter & contact details follow.
Friday, we asked you to caption the photo inside in recognition of the snap election. The results seem to show that ShareProphets readers are neither Labour voters nor CloudTag fans.
After all the fussing and moaning about Tom leaving the site to pick olives or raise snakes or whatever it is he's doing, and following a spectacular week where the most popular story was written by yours truly, we have come to what we all expected in the first place. The number one story this week is General Election June 8th - Surely there is no doubt as to the outcome, there is no uncertainty now, written by one Tom Winnifrith.
In this video from the storming success that was the 2017 UK Investor Show, Tom Winnifrith lays out the Great Cloudtag Fraud (CTAG). And make sure that you keep April 21 2018 free for next year's UK Investor Show.
A fortnight ago, the Master Investor show turned me away from their event, to which they had invited me. This week, I received the following email:
It seems that despite bears not being universally popular, I'm not the only one who thinks that AIM-listed Frontera (FRR) is an out and out bargepole stock. In the wake of yesterday's ramparoonie (oops) highly informative RNS, the Twitterspere has seen a few comments - not least of which from Waseem Shakoor and investment house Jub Capital - sticking the knife in.
With CloudTag (CTAG) out of the way, and the Filty Forty winding down to the Filthy Few, it's anyone's game to win. This week, extra points will be given to submissions from sites other than LSE, as I am beginning to suspect that entire site is some sort of art project by some City Boy who really resents not going to St Martins. Perhaps it should be ADVFN where the board seem as interesting as the customers. Your deadline to submit entries in the comments section below is midnight, Sunday 9 April.

At the end of the Cloudtag (CTAG) session at UK Investor Show a man called Peter Petyt was introduced. He has been working with Tom Winnifrith to see if a case can be brought by those who have lost money on the fraud African Potash (AFPO). And it is now looking more than okay.
There was little doubt that the winner of this week's BBM contest was going to be CloudTag related and I was not disappointed in the quality, so to speak, of the entries.
The column was delayed today as your humble correspondent recovers from yesterday's UK Investor Show, easily the biggest and best of the 15 years that Tom has been organising these things. This would be my tenth.
Tom Winnifrith introduces a packed house for UK Investor Show 2017 for his Cloudtag talk, followed by unimpeachable proof that Nigel and Tom are in bed together.
Rather surprisingly, at her suggestion, I have just had a coffee with PR Genius Steffi and I take everything I have said back. She is actually quite smart in absolute terms and relative to most in her industry she is we, er.. a genius. What a nice lady. I have resolved to be nice to her going forward even if she does spin for Golden Saint Resources (GSR) which is worthless. Elsewhere I look at the remarkable naivete of some Cloudtag (CTAG) shareholders even now. This is not a sin but I suggest they wise up a bit.
So the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) is today booted off the AIM casino. I did warn you but this podcast is for those who have lost out as a result of owning these shares. I do feel genuinely sorry for most of you. I explain why and where your anger should be directed. You may not want to hear this but I go through a few lessons you may want to learn from the disaster, for if we do not learn from when we lose we will keep on losing.
Cloudtag (CTAG) has fessed up to dismal results and to the fact that it cannot get a Nomad to act for it and sign off on its lies and thus its shares will be booted off the AIM casino tonight. It talks of a relisting in the future but then it was telling us just the other day that it would get a new Nomad. But having had since January 10 it has failed. No one will act for this fraud. It is game over.
As at the end of February the number of companies listed on AIM had fallen to 973 – down from 982 at the end of 2016. Having seen 7 new admissions in the first two months of this year, that means that 16 companies disappeared off into the ether during the same period and the world’s most successful growth market has shrunk back to levels not seen since 2004 in terms of the number of companies listed. This morning saw the demise of Rapidcloud (RCI) and North RiverResources (NRRP).
One of those waiting with baited breath to find out if Cloudtag (CTAG) will be slung off AIM tonight is a genius from the Costa Del Crime with a portfolio from hell who - as at last week was on a countdown to making his or first tweet as we showed HERE. We asked for suggestions as to what that tweet should be. The winner is:
It seems as if my father has drunk all the ouzo. Who can blame him? But how will I celebrate if the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) is booted off AIM today? Join in the fun with our Cloudtag termination clock HERE. Elsewhere I look at Bowleven (BLVN), gosh I loathe its management team, Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO), also run by tossers, and Strategic Equity Capital (SEC).
The fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) is almost certain to be booted off the AIM casino tonight. I will also miss it such have been the deranged comments that it has prompted. Last week's contest was sposnored by the LSE Asylum and generated stacks of quality entries as you can see HERE. But the winner, spotted by Warun Boofit was in a class of its own as you can see below
Well this is a company that will sponsor any old crap and let's face it, 95% of Bulletin Board Morons post on the LSE Asylum. As the countdown to the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) being booted off AIM next week accelerates you kind of sense which stock will be the focus of most entries. The competition rules are simple. Just nominate the daftest post on a BB or on twitter in the comments section below. Once again, our in-house semi-trained loon Wildes is allowed to nominate his own posts. The deadline for entries is midnight on Sunday 26th March. Post away!
The Mrs (on maternity leave) is off galavanting somewhere. Eight days ahead of UK Investor, the busiest time of the year, I am babysitting. I am such a god damn frigging feminist. Anyhow I record this in terror lest Joshua wakes up. In today's podcast I explain why you cannot finesse a trade on a fundamental play and discuss Minoan (MIN) and Wishbone (WSBN) in that vein. I look at Digital Barriers (DGB) the latest triumph from Cloudtag (CTAG) moron in chief Liam Nichols. I discuss Tethys (TPL) which like Cloudtag is soon to leave the AIM Casino, Nyota (NYO) and London Capital (LCG).
If no Nomad is prepared to act for the FRAUD Cloudtag (CTAG) then its shares, now suspended, will be booted off the AIM Casino. No AIM = no death spiral funding so it will - very soon - run out of, other people's cash, and will go bust. But the first step is being booted off AIM. And, inspired by liar Amit Ben Haim, we have a useful countdown clock until that ouzo moment. Enjoy.
The fellow or lady from the Costa del Crime is yet to tweet but he (or she) has a cracking portfolio, as you can see on his/her profile, headed up by the fraud Cloudatag (CTAG). In light of that I wonder if you would care to suggest a first tweet as our caption contest with a twist. Submit your entries in the comments section below. The deadline is midnight tonight, 23rd March
Well fraud fans, the first day of reckoning for the shabby fraud that is Cloudtag (CTAG) looms. If it has no Nomad in place by Monday night next week then its shares will be booted off AIM. Unable then to raise even death spiral funding and with no sales it will go bust pretty quickly. If it was not already close to going tits up it would not have attempted that last gasp discount placing with broker Novum. So, as no Nomad will sign up to act for an obvious fraud the Fat Lady is waiting in the wings. When this does go bust the video below, recorded with morally bankrupt rampers for hire Proactive, should be examined very closely by the Serious Fraud Office as it is damning..
Poster wiids on the LSE Asylum should not be confused with our own in-house loon Wildes. Frankly Wiids makes our in house pet loon look like Warren Buffett. The LSE Loon is a strong contender for BB Moron of the Year with this classic from last week but it is a bit like Ed Sheeran and the top 10 (heck kids I know what is hip & trending!), Wiids is dominating the Bulletin Board Morons chart. You can see a number of postings by this loon in last week's contest but the winner, nominated by a number of you, is:
It has only just dawned on me that in exactly two weeks time, at 4.30 PM I shall be cracking open the ouzo to celebrate the fact that no Nomad on AIM is so desperate for cash and morally bankrupt that it will act for the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG). And there will thus be an RNS issued to say that it will be slung off the Casino. As that day looms, how will the Bulletin Board Morons spin that as good news? Happy hunting on Cloudtag threads - and others - as we ask you to nominate the most moronic BB posts or tweets in the comments section below. The deadline is midnight Sunday 19th March and, yes, Wildes our pet in-house loon - can nominate his own posts if he wishes.
ShareProphets readership increases every week - we can tell because we're a registration site and if you unsubscribe, you are kicked off the site. We don't have a dead subscription list like other, lesser, sites.
For the nth time not all Cloudtag (CTAG) shareholders are morons. But some are. I discuss how one defines a moron but also responding to "Rachael" I discuss why my combative style is needed and will not be changing. It cannot be an excuse for some of the things that have gone on. Yesterday's Cloudtag moron has now noticed my wife is of Indian origin and is emailing me accordingly. Then I look at the EU. The issue is not Wilders or Le Pen but economics and I present some data that will truly scare you. The can cannot be kicked down the road forever.
Not to be confused with our in-house loon Wildes, Wiids posts on the LSE Asylum and is long and strong Cloudtag (CTAG). This post may be an attempt at parody but the insanity of the long & strong Cloudtag loons is beyond satire. Who knows. Anyhow from last week this is potentially an early winner of Bulletin Board Moron of the Year:
I have been greatly distracted not least dealing with this utterly brain dead and vile Cloudtag (CTAG) shareholder who has been spamming me with the most ghastly abuse all day. I look at the Bob Diamond bid for Panmure Gordon (PMR) and what it means for the wider broking/corporate advisory sector. I then turn to Premaitha (NIPT) and the wider issue of the pointlessness of commissioned research. I touch on Management Resource Solutions (MRS) in light of the news earlier HERE but now the way it is really trying to screw shareholders with a 5p placing. There is comment on Jubilee Platinum (JLP). Then it is back to two old favourites: Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) and Milestone (MSG). Woof Woof.
Having been cc'd in on a list of shareholders in the AIM listed ( pro tem) fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) leaked in breach of Data Protection laws by the company itself, I could not resist sending them an email pointing them to some high quality covrerage of the stock. I received a few replies. Here is the best of the bunch. I wonder if this clown, a Mr John Simpson, thinks this will help him get his cash back and if his wife and employer knows that he spends his days sending such emails. I have to feel sorry for the chap who obviously deeply troubled.
This morning AIM , for now listed, fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) had an announcement which was comical and is torn to shreds by me HERE. But it gets better, it sent an alert to all those folks who had registered with it to receive alerts. Then panic stations....
In 11 days time if no Nomad is prepared to act for the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG), that is to say to sign off on the lies it likes to tell investors, its shares - now suspended - will be booted off AIM. Unable to raise cash it will go bust. Just to placate the fools who ignored countless warnings and are trapped in this stock and to amuse the rest of us it has today made an announcement. It is horeshite natch and I offer a translation service in bold.
I have been putting on annual Investor Shows for 15 years now and working with my friend Nigel Wray on all of them. The names may change but the stars are always there - Nigel himself, Evil, my friend Mark Slater and there are always surprises too. Perhaps I will have more on that front shortly - talks are ongoing. But yesterday we hit a milestone. A massive one.
Repeatedly, during the past six months, the London & South East Bulletin Board ( aka the LSE Asylum) has removed posts within minutes which offered any criticism at all of Cloudtag (CTAG). Right up to the point that shares in the fraud were suspended on AIM no dissent was allowed. But it appears that the LSE does believe in free speech when it comes to inciting violence against me. My crime, natch, calling out the fraud and so yesterday the post below appeared.
Well thanks to Big Gib and the Glenwick (GWIK) ramping crew for sponsoring last week's Bulletin Board moron contest which served up a raft of entries as you can see HERE. The winner was Juicin Drumroll who spotted this great observation from a Long & Strong Cloudtag (CTAG) moron posting on the ADVFN Asylum with the shares suspended and due to be booted off AIM two weeks from today.
Last week I asked you explain which of the four companies whose logos I showed ( Globo, Cloudtag, Naibu & Polly Peck) was the odd one out. A few of you were game enough to have a stab as you can see HERE.
Good try Waseem. The great Bear raider and professional Northern git nominated himself as the Bulletin Board Moron of the week for expressing sympathy with Cloudtag Morons who had lost money on the fraud. In normal circumstances I would give Waseem the prize. But his was one of 50 entries last week. As you can see HERE many of them were splendid as the Cloudtag (CTAG) loons went into meltdown. The winner arrives late in the day and displays such a string determination to ignore all the known facts, that I almost admire this moron.
One Bulletin Board Moron is already under FCA investigation this week for impersonating me and suggesting, inter alia, that Cloudtag (CTAG) shares would treble from here. They won't it is heading to 0p. But whoever tomwinnifrith is is so obviously the moron of the week that everyone else is competing for second place. So nominate away with any example of extreme stupidity from twitter or Bulletin Boards The deadline to enter is midnight on Sunday 5 March. Do your worst in the comments section below.
Some of the bulletin board morons have mocked ShareProphets for asking for donations to the Fighting Fund, accusing Tom of having the begging bowl out. The truth is: it works and the alternative is terrifying.
An early contender for the most idiotic email of the day has just arrived. It compared an RNS out this morning from Optibiotix (OPTI) about launching new products and pushing existing ones to the sort of RNS that the recently suspended fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) used to issue. It is hard to know what to say in the face of such stupidity. There is a clear difference.
Some bear raiders are on the pitch...they think it is all over: it is now! Nope not West Ham winning the World Cup but the stockmarket career of AIM fraud Cloudtag (CTAG). Nomad Cairn has brought forward its resignation from April 10 to last night, the £975,000 placing announced last week has been pulled and it is ouzo time for me while on the council estates the LSE Asylum rampers gnash their teeth. Come on guys, say it slowly "Yet again Tom Winnifrith was right and we are morons, we apologise for all the abuse we gave him, the Sheriff of AIM rocks!"
Ah diddums all those morons on the LSE Asylum who have spent months insulting and abusing me over Cloudtag (CTAG) are all of a sudden feeling a bit poor now that shares in their darling little fraud have crashed and been suspended. What is needed is a charity event to bail them out. And how about it involves me getting beaten up?
The Cloudtag (CTAG) debacle has provided plenty of ammo for the BB Morons as the fraud has unravveled. As you can see HERE there were plenty of quality entries in last week's contest. But the winner, a first time winner, is Ian M Smith who spotted this gem from someone who reckons that the charlatans who run the LSE Asylum are now in on the global shorting conspiracy. Well done Ian who posts:
Actually I am not sure I am going to have a gravestone. I have not amended my will for a while but last time I looked I was heading for a cremation with the ashes scattered in two places. But I am thinking a bit more about a burial these days, perhaps one of those natural ones in a coffin that helps the worms gain easy access and turn you into food for the trees above. So if I do have a stone what shall be on it? I think I have decided
I start and end with Cloudtag (CTAG) - so far today no news which I take to mean it is bad news and explain why. At the end I discus who disgruntled and out of pocket punters should sue over this fraud and when. In the middle of the Cloudtag fraud sandwich I look at Andalas Energy (ADL) which really is fucked whatever it says. I reckon Justin the Clown will have to sell the cardboard box and sleep in the open air before long. I also look at Starcom (STAR), Servision (SEV) - which is a major scandal in the making - Union Jack Oil (UJO) and Milestone Group (MSG) which remains non investment grade crap as CEO Deborah White should be wearing an orange jump suit and doing a perp walk.
I noted earlier that while most financial PR firms are so morally bankrupt they would spin for uber nonce Rolf Harris if the retainer was high enough, Tavistock PR appears to have some honour quitting as adviser to the FRAUD Cloudtag (CTAG). There are only so many lies you can put your name to I guess. But some folks want to hear lies and to reprint them, the BBMs. Please nominate the most moronic bulletin board post or tweet in the comments section below. The deadline for entries is midnight on Sunday February 26.
I expect shares in Cloudtag (CTAG) to resume trading on Monday and then to tank. I explain why. I look at the issue of portfolio allocation something too many folks ignore at their peril. Then I look at executive pay at RBS, Unilever *(ULVR) and elsewhere. I wonder if Theresa May means it about looking after ordinary working people. Surely RBS is an easy test for her. As a capitalist I find blue chip executive greed distasteful and worrying.
I detailed earlier how some moron had registered on ADVFN as tomwinnifrith and then posted a lot of piffle making it clear that it was meant to be me. Among the more ridiculous assertions was the statement that: " I will remain selfishly against CTAG, even when it bounces back to previous highs. But not as active as before. We need it to get back to £40m-£60m market cap, at which point we will do it all again." were the biggest Cloudtag bear (target price 0p) be saying he "needed" the shares to get back to a 9-13.5p level and that he expected that because "at that point" would be dramatic. But of course...
I do now have the address of Cloudtag ramping supremo Liam Nichols. It is not as he has asserted today being spread by this website along with his facebook page but I have been passed the information. Mr Nichols has posted again today on this matter on his silly blog. Quite simply he lies and fails to accept what he has done, the misery he has caused. Liam 's blog post of today follows. In bold are my comments.
The ADVFN bulletin boards are so poorly regulated that you can register with any name without any proof that it is yours. And so once again as at 26 February some moron has registered as tomwinnifrith to post as me about Cloudtag (CTAG), natch. I note once again that I am paid to write here, why would I write for free on a chatroom. And moreover why would I write the sort of obvious crap you see below.
Cloudtag (CTAG) the fraudulent AIM Company which has repeatedly raised money by telling lies to investors says that with Cairn Financial no longer prepared to sign off on its lies it is in advanced discussions about finding a replacement to avoid its shares being suspended on April 10. Really? Who do you think is so morally or financially bankrupt that they will sign off on lies for a fraudster. I am now starting a poll, if any of the Nomads's below want to deny that they are morally bankrupt and will not take on this work I will update the article. Vote now, deadline midnight Sunday 26 February. Update 1. It is not Allenby.
Aidan Earley, a man who has served time, and is barred from being a company director after the awful events at Wood Hall, has explicitly stated that he wishes to stop me writing and to close ShareProphets down for good in both cases. On Friday as 99% of folks celebrated the way that I and this website had saved folks cash and exposed fraud on both RapidCloud & Cloudtag, both of which saw their shares suspended, Aidan announced his next step.
In the past seven days, 61,990 unique readers read 87,097 pages on ShareProphets. The circulation of the Investors Chronicle is c30,000. Shares is less than half of that. To our critics who think we do not count, we say think again.
I know some folks want to blame others if they have lost money on the Cloudtag (CTAG) fraud. Well it is fair to hold some to account and make adverse comments and some folks should be doing a perp walk. But ultimately we are all accountable for our own trades whether winners or losers. Moving on this debacle has raised issues which call for two MASSIVE changes to the AIM Rule book: the announcement of Nomad departures and the disclosure or banning of placings based on T+ trades. PS Does anyone have an address for Cloudtag ramper David Greece. Please post in the comments section below in case I get bored and find myself in his locality.
Why were Cloudtag (CTAG) shares suspended yesterday? I answered that in part HERE but can now add more detail. Welcome to the ghastly and murkeyand sordid world of T+10 placings.
At 4.18 PM trading in the shares of AIM listed fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) were suspended ahead of an announcement. I do not know what the news will be but if it was good it would have been rushed out. I assume it is yet more bad news. As I pointed out earlier HERE, Novum Securities has every reason to walk away from the £975,000 placing at 3.75p announced this morning.
With the shares now suspended as a 4.18 PM so more ( almost certainly bad) news on the way it has not been a good day for the morons who own shares in this company without a product. Or so we thought....But apparently the Onitor heart rate tracker was used by some shareholders today as they saw their life savings wiped out and we have a photo of it in action.
In the main bearcast today I touch on the Cloudtag (CTAG) fraud but that is really covered in its own bearcast HERE. I do look at RapidCloud which was suspended today and will lose its AIM listing in a month. Who warned you that this would face a "terminal conclusion" 149 days ago? Was it PR wankers Walbrook or Nomad WH Ireland or savants on the LSE Asylum? Er no, it was me HERE. I then look at Challenger (CHAL) a zero in waiting, Iofina (IOF) and IGAS (IGAS) both of which should also be zeros. I commend today's excellent piece from Nigel, the Deputy Sheriff of AIM, on the Servision (SEV) scandal HERE. I take Nomad Allenby to task for failing to comment on this and for allowing Servision to mislead mug punters. AGAIN. Finally I take apart overvalued ramp Wey Education (WEY). Its shares are up 33% today. That is a ramp not a reflection of value.
I think I need make no comment on this tweet from a fellow who does not like me unravelling the Cloudtag (CTAG) fraud. It shows just how thick some mug punters are. Do you think this chap has a wife & kids or an employer? What would they say about this? Would they be proud of him?
One of the main, if not the main, ramper of shares in the worthless fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) is a Bristol based fellow called Liam Nicholas, the author of this ramptastic blog. Liam works for a company in the white van hire rental business and his ludicrously partisan commentary is one reason so many folks are nursing huge losses on this AIM fraud. I have spoken to the Mrs and she has agreed to hold the camera if I visit Liam this weekend as we too live in Bristol.
It has today been announced that Nomad Cairn will cease to act for AIM listed (pro tem) FRAUD Cloudtag (CTAG) on April 10 at which point the shares will be suspended if no other Nomad is prepared to agree to sign off on lies issued via RNS. The shares have crashed to 2.75p to sell which means that those clients of Novum Securities who were stuffed into a placing at 3.75p THIS MORNING must be well pissed. But fear not... I have a shocking revelation that gets them off the hook.
Bear raider and Northern git Waseem Shakoor is far nice than I am in my tretament of Cloudtag (CTAG) after today's fraud unravell as discussed in the bonus bearcast HERE. Waseem, the soppy nice guy predicts a 0p target too but writes:
It is a busy day at the Sheriff’s office with CloudTag (CTAG) and Servision (SEV) dominating, but it would be remiss of us to allow the burial of bad news for shareholders in ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty play Jiasen (JSI) to go unnoticed. With delisting scheduled on Tuesday (and thus Monday is the last chance to get out) the bid price has now dropped to just 1p last seen. One penny!
I waited until 10 AM before drinking a bit of my father's ouzo in celebration of the Cloudtag (CTAG) take-down described earlier HERE. That is the sort of restrained guy I am. Boy does the ouzo - pictured below - taste great and its only 51 days and I shall be back in Greece for a lot more. Today has been a 100% vindication for The Sheriff of AIM and my fellow bears and the Bulletin Board Morons and fraudsters are now in undignified retreat. I discuss what happens next, have a few new revelations and a few lessons the morons will, no doubt, not learn in this bonus podcast. If you are client of Novum stuffed into today's placing I explain how you can get your cash back.
I had brought the bottle below back from Greece for my father. But I know he will understand. It is a very large celebratory ouzo for breakfast as the AIM fraud of the year Cloudtag (CTAG) has fessed up - its hapless Nomad Cairn has finally had enough of signing off on lies and has quit. It gets worse and it is going to get worse still. Bulletin Board Morons and Aidan Earley who smeared and attacked The Sheriff of AIM for repeatedly calling this out as a fraud line up and apologise now you bastards!
Don't you just love our new Cloudtag (CTAG) countdown clock on the right hand side of this page? I am already assembling material old and new for this presentation at UK Investor but the clock is a jolly jape is it not? Elsewhere I never cease to wonder at the stupidity of some investors. I look at Amur (AMC) in this respect. I then look at Weatherly (WTI) which is telling you, plain as day, that its shares are worthless. I explain a few hard facts and ask new questions about Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) and then have a butchers at Rosslyn Data (RDT) shares in which have just hit a new all time low. I wonder why? Smiley face, smiley face.
For a company with revenues of exactly nil despite all the lies about guaranteed sales of $5.2 million etc, the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) takes an awfully long time in publishing its (bound to be dire) results for the year to 30 September. If you want to win a bottle of Distil's finest Red Leg Rum then it is time to enter our Cloudtag results competition. Here is how.
As you can see HERE there were many half decent entries in last week's contest but the winner is a stand out and is, natch, from the LSE Asylum. Did you know that on that Asylum it has been arranged so that you cannot provide a link to an article on this website? Yup not only is it rampers only but you cannot even link to a counter point of view. Je suis LSE eh? So the winning entry is spotted by Juicin and is ( from the Cloudtag (CTAG) thread natch):
Normally PR firms, being so utterly 100% morally bankrupt, only resign an account for an AIM PLC if the client can't pay its bills. Just now and again a PR firm finds a client so utterly fraudulent that to protect its own reputation, it walks - think the FRAUD African Potash for instance. And so that brings us to the FRAUD Cloudtag (CTAG).
Many of the Cloudtag (CTAG) Bulletin Board Morons believe that Amit Ben Haim has the Midas touch. However, just like many entrepreneurs not all he touches turns to gold, as the following four companies’ filings at Companies House show.
ShareProphets has Red Flagged quite a few companies on AIM, but as we all know there is no problem of fraud on the world’s most successful growth market. This is why we created a diversified portfolio of Casino stocks for AIM head honcho and Sham Sheriff, Mr Marcus Stuttard, to invest his own cash and thereby demonstrate his complete faith in his team of oxymorons at AIM Regulation. With the portfolio heading towards the end of its fifth month, here is the latest update – and it is not a pretty sight.
After the Slater & Gordon (SGH) bearcast earlier you may have thought that I was sleeping off half a bottle of ouzo. Au contraire, I have been touring the Mani with George the Architect, the man who helped me to expose InternetQ last year. We went past Killers Gorge. Why can't you kill unsuitable boyfriends of your daughter or sister any more? As my daughter prepares to turn 16 this year I sadly conclude that this is yet another example of political correctness gone mad. In terms of stocks I offer a couple of corrections on Tracsis (TRCS) after yesterday's bearcast then look at Xtract Resources (XTR), Ascent Resources (AST), FastForward (FFWD), the over ramped hype company with which my good friend Jim Mellon is involved, Cobham (COB), Infrastructure India (IIP) and also the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG). And I refer to a drooling Evil Knievil ref THIS ARTICLE.
AIM-listed CloudTag (CTAG) has announced the conversion of the final little bit of loan notes held by death spiral provider L1, at 4.5p. The shares have raced ahead, even though this only marks the half-way point in the share price carnage caused by the package. Indeed, it may not even be half, for the warrant exercise terms are far more favourable than the loan conversion terms (from L1’s perspective).
Shares in AIM-listed purveyor of fictional guaranteed orders for fictional not guaranteed products CloudTag (CTAG) has announced the latest confetti-issue to L1 under the death-spiral loan deal. £300,000 worth of loans converted at 4.5p leaves just £100,000 left over. The shares have shot 15% higher on the news: the BB loons obviously think it’s (nearly) all over. I’ve got bad news there….
Over on the LSE Asylum and elsewhere in Bulletin Board Moron land there is some excitement that Hargreaves Lansdown appears to speak for a large number of shares in the AIM fraud that is Cloudtag (CTAG). The dreamers reckon this is good news as the post below shows. Au contraire mes amis...
For many Bulletin Board Morons their unswerving belief in the fraud that is Cloudtag (CTAG) is partly rooted in the belief that CEO Mr Ben Haim is a man with the midas touch. I agree, Mr Shlomo Ben-Haim based on numerous media reports is a self-made billionaire from the medical related companies he founded or co-founded and then sold. Has his younger brother, Amit Ben Haim got the same Midas touch?
If one looks at the volume of shares traded in the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) in the last four months (from LSE’s AIM statistics) you can see that almost half the shares in the company changed hands in the month of December, reflecting the run up to existing launch of new exciting product at CES show in Las Vegas (hmm sounds rather familiar didn’t that happen in 2016 as well?).
Shares in ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty play Jiasen (JSI) have collapsed by another 38% today (last seen) after admitting this morning that having called an EGM proposing to cancel its shares from trading on AIM and move to NEX (the lobster-pot formerly known as ISDX) the application has still not been made. This morning’s RNS makes clear that there is a deadline of tomorrow. Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. Surely it could not be that NEX, which even found African Potash (AFPO) acceptable, has indicated that it doesn’t want the last remaining listed member of the Fujian Four gracing its exchange, could it? Or is it that the company never had any intention of getting onto NEX?
I was not the only person to go to the Spring Fair last week to check out the Onitor, the "product" of AIM fraud Cloudtag (CTAG). The great bear raider Waseem Shakoor sent along someone too. Waseem reports back:
My head is still spinning from the sheer tackiness of the Spring Fair at the NEC which I attended today. Whatever you say about coca cola flavoured penises at least they work, unlike Cloudtag's Onitor. But this event has at least spawned more Bulletin Board madness. So to enter this week's contest just post the most idiotic twitter or Bulletin Board post of the week in the comments section below. Deadline midnight Sunday 12th February.
There will be no bearcast today as I am fully engaged on Vlach hunting in the Pindus mountains. One tearful reunion is complete but the big one will happen soon. The internet is not fast enough to transmit back to the UK from the little village of Anelion but I shall try to post a podcast tomorrow before I travel the length of Greece down to the Mani. Pro tem I guess you were wondering if Cloudtag (CTAG) CEO Amit Ben Haim has got any balls.
I have not heard back from Amit Ben Haim, CEO of the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) about the generous offer I made him earlier HERE. I am just such an all round nice guy am I not? The bad news for him and lyin' Chris Cleverley CEO of the African Potash (AFPO) fraud is that I met with lawyers today to try to see if their is a case for those who have lost money buying shares in either fraud. We think there is and Potash will be first in line. If you have lost money on Potash my email is tomat49@gmail.com and follow the instructions in this podcast AT ONCE. I also look at Management Resource Solutions (MRS) and Igas (IGAS) and remind you what it means if bonds in a company trade at a big discount to par.
I have stated repeatedly that AIM Bulletin Board darling Cloudtag (CTAG) is a fraud. It has repeatedly lied to investors to help it raise cash. But I have an offer and a challenge to its CEO Amit Ben Haim which is worth £5000 to Cloudtag.
In today's podcast I look forward to tomorrow and a meeting with lawyers to discuss legal action on behalf of shareholders in Cloudtag (CTAG) and the fraud African Potash (AFPO). I look forward even more to a night-time flight to Greece. I look in some details at Rosslyn Data (RDT) and in even more detail at Israeli tech dog Techfinancials (TECH). At a personal level I have been much distracted today by writing up my thoughts after a meeting yesterday to discuss physical abuse at Warwick School 38 years ago - more on that HERE
Bear raider Waseem Shakoor has let rip again on the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG). The great Waseem, currently recovering from a sporting injury common among middle aged athletes, has served up a real reality check to the morons on how quickly, if ever, Onitors appear in British stores. This is a strong follow up to yesterday's coke penis photo report from the Spring Fair. What is fascinating is how the LSE Asylum is applying selective censorship of Waseem who says that he has received a message from LSE asking me to refrain from saying "I've spoken to a Cloudtag source" as it couldn't be verified. Since when did everything you write on a bulletin board have to be verified asks the Bear. Indeed. Waseem's two posts, which will no dount be removed altogether soon, read:
As luck would have it I was in Warwickshire this morning and so why not visit the spring fair to check out Cloudtag's (CTAG) Onitor product? Why not indeed, my camera was with me and so the Pizza Hardman Darren Atwater registered me as a delegate at the "Spring Fair" and I headed to the NEC. As it happens I could not print out my badge but a full ISIS brigade in full uniform and carrying machine guns could have breached the security. I pinched a guide and wandered past the guards reading the thick booklet attentively as if I belonged, and I was in.
The things I do for you dear reader: go to the Spring Fair and read the Mail on Sunday. Truly what sacrifices I make. We are in the tail end of a bull market for low grade AIM stocks. So I discuss events and share price movements at Amur Minerals (AMC), Arian Silver (AGQ) with its shit head of a PR man - Nu Oil & Gas (NUOG), Cloudtag (CTAG) and the truly incestuous events at Glenwick (GWIK)
If only I had known that there was a Spring fair at Birmingham's NEC this weekend just ended for I have been up near there visiting my dad in Shipston and could have attended. Luckily a number of Bulletin Board folks did pitch up as AIM fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) or rather its UK distributor ( non distributor) Second Chance had a stand. The following BB post rather sums it up and it reads badly for the fraudsters.
Having asked for readers tips for 2017 for the amazing prize of a meal with Tom Winnifrith (or the chance to fob it off on someone you don't like) HERE, the following is the first of the monthly updates on performance (to be eligible needed to have selected, on a per username basis, a buy & sell pick from the LSE or AIM Casino and the stocks not to have been suspended at the commencement of 2017)...
Oh happy days. It has been just over three weeks since some poltroon made my day by sending over a fascist lawyer's letter and I was starting to get bored. But here we go again: the forces of good vs stockmarket shysters inc & their bully boy lawyers. Right now I am looking after Joshua while the Mrs gets her hair cut (why that takes 135 minutes I know not) so I shall not respond in a manner which I am sure you can guess until tomorrow. So pro tem who do you think has asked to be vested with the curse of ShareProphets. Vote below with a deadline of midnight tonight:
There is a convicted criminal & twice bankrupted man who is barred from being a company director who wants to shut this website down and me with it. Events today at Cloudtag (CTAG) - where the shares will, as I explain, now tank fast - and in the Courts regarding Darren Winters show how vital our work is. And frankly it requires gonads of steel to see off fraudsters and criminals who do not like what we do. I also cover Stratmin (STGR) and Management Resource Solutions (MRS) today and thank you all for the supportive messages. We are 100% vindicated today. Certain convicted crims should just send me a case of ouzo and STFU
AIM-listed jam the day after tomorrow company CloudTag (CTAG) has announced the latest death spiral loan conversion by L1 – this time at just 4.5p per share. Of course, for a company with no product and no orders and which has been, shall we say, economical with the actualitees that is still overvaluing the shares by 4.5p.
With a hat tip to the pizza hard man Darren Atwater, I start with the sad tale of the demise of wearables darling Vinaya. Does this hold any lessons on investing or warnings for Cloudtag (CTAG) and Fitbug (FITB)? Oh yes! Then it is on to London Capital Group (LCG), Kennedy Ventures (KENV), Autins (AUTG) where - in my view - the now ex CEO Jim Griffin should face a full stewards at the FCA, insolvent dog Andalas (ADL) and finally a look at Corero (CNS) where I crunch the hard numbers for you and the results are not good.
Andalas Energy (ADL) is bankrupt but pretends that it is a proper company. Anyone reading train wreck interims to October 31 2016 can only wonder why its directors have not been charged with trading whilst insolvent. It's a total rum and coke but it gets worse.
Yesterday we noted the announcement from ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty play - and one of the Fujian Four – Jiasen (JSI) that it was proposing to delist from the Casino. Having listed at 82p per share in 2014, the current 3.125p (mid, last seen) seems a trifle disappointing. Today the company has given its reasons for the proposal. Try not to laugh….
I take a detailed look at fad investing covering the big California drone fraud but also Fitbit which had a shocking profits warning today, Fitbug (FITB) and Cloudtag (CTAG). I look at two China frauds on AIM in big doo doo, Jiasen (JSI), which is definitely a kill for the Sheriff of AIM, and Taihua (TAIH) which will be. Then I look at Torotrak (TRK), Guscio (GUSC), Greatland Gold (GGP), Andalas (ADL), Golden Saint (GSR), Amur Minerals (AMC) and finally LGO Energy (LGO)
On the LSE Asylum Cloudtag (CTAG) Board, some punters were excited that their new product, the Onitor has now finally received some reviews based on this website . What a joke, the site had a total review feedback of 9 user reviews and also states under market status about the product “Unreleased”. I put it to you that a review of a product not released has got to be "fake news" - you can't review something you cannot use.
Did it jump or was it pushed? ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty posterboy Jiasen (JSI), one of the Fujian four, has announced this morning that it is proposing to delist from AIM and move instead to NEX (the lobster-pot formerly known as ISDX) - just when we thought that the race to AIM departure #24 from the Filthy Forty was down to a two-horse race between Asian Citrus (ACHL)and MoneySwap (SWAP). Jiasen also announced the departure of a NED with effect from the end of February.
The December edition of the UK Investor Show magazine is live featuring 7 tips, plus 5 our writers hope that they will find in their stocking. Interviews with Conroy Gold and ECR Minerals, the bonfire of the charities lots on Cloudtag, Advanced Onco and much more.
Greatland Gold (GGP) has been pursuing small - and almost certainly not economic - gold deposits in Tasmania since Adam was a boy. Every year it promises jam tomorrow, the shares are pumped up a bit and then it does a hugely discounted placing. Rinse & repeat. But suddenly it is the ramp de jour.
If I sound more like my father that is a good thing for he is honest and precise in his use of language, although he would not use some of the "french phrases" which occur in this podcast. I discuss the use of language and how wording has an exact meaning - this is in relation to Coral Products (CRU) which needs to clarify something. I do not think it is a fraud and it can easily blame its useless Nomad Cairn. After what it has signed off for Cloudtag (CTAG) few will fail to accept such an excuse. I then move onto deliberate lying by AIM Companies which is actually quite rare. Gross over-promotion is quite common. I explain the difference. Cloudtag and Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) are mentioned in detail in this section. In discussing what is a fact I refer to my article of yesterday on Holocaust Memorial Day which is HERE
You think that following director share buys is smart? Not always. I start with Coral Products where old Joe Grimond really is spoofing us all with a recycling of a dividend that really should not be paid. Coral also highlights those scallywags at Cairn signing off on another RNS lie just like they do for the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG). Then I look at Quindell (QPP) in that vein and at Avanti Communications (AVN) commenting on its refinancing completed today. Then it is onto the hot gossip of the cash crisis at Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) where I have another story breaking this weekend. Finally I touch on the troubles at Guscio (GUSC)
So what if Cloudtag (CTAG) is a fraud which lies to investors, has no revenues (other than bogus made up ones in RNS statements) and is running out of cash? So what if its shares are now just 4.75p to sell ( down from 25p a couple of months ago) and are heading to nil. The ramper in chief Liam Nicholas is undeterred. His lie packed website about the fraud may not be getting much traffic these days but the man who works for a white van rental company and lives, like me, here in Bristol has a message of hope for the deluded. Forget fundamental analysis or impending news....
My attention is drawn to comments on the ADVFN Bulletin Board (Cloudtag thread natch) where various savants who, one suspects, are not classically educated accuse me of not pronouncing ceteris paribus correctly. Just to clarify.
This morning’s RNS from EVR Holdings (EVRH) made me look again at this AIM darling and I have reassessed. I ended my last piece on 6 January on the topic with the sentence: “For the avoidance of doubt, I’m not calling the top…….yet. Just keep on moving that stop loss up and enjoy the ride!” Well, I’m calling it now, it’s time to get off the ride!
There seems to have been quite a bit of volume yesterday in trading of AIM-listed CloudTag (CTAG). Some of us have been noting the rather greater difficulty with which L1 has been offloading stock from loan conversions and warrant exercises which goes in tandem with lower volume - and a complete lack of news from the company to get the BBs in a lather, but yesterday things really picked up. Sadly for shareholders, the share price has not been picking up, it has been on the slide.
Joshua is off at PC Nursery Ryhme class so I am free to record. In this webcast I look at Fitbug (FITB), Cloudtag (CTAG) - Waseem is just wrong! - Challenger Acquisitions (CHAL), Ascent Resources (AST), Aquatic Foods (AFG), China frauds in general and in detail - to help Andrew Monk - Haike Chemicals (HAIK).
Criminal Aidan Earley says thatmy work destroys great British Companies. That is what Rob Terry used to say too. What is the difference between those two fraudsters? About £50 million and so far only one has served time. I discuss Winnileaks triumphs today on Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) and Strat Aero (AERO) and why they vindicated my work so much. Then I look at BT (BT.A), Rosslyn Data (RDT), Cloudtag (CTAG), Sunrise Resources (SRES) and LGO Energy (LGO).
Tom Winnifrith and Waseem Shakoor were commenting yesterday on where shares in AIM-listed CloudTag were heading. Obviously the end target for a company with still no working product available to sell, revenues of zero and stonking cash-burn is nil. But the focus of attention is the L1 funding package and when it could fall apart.
La la land, I refer not to the LSE Asylum but to the film of that name which I watched today in a mother & babies viewing session, Hence the late bearcast. I have some bad news for those Cloudtag (CTAG) morons funding the legal action convicted criminal and undischarged bankrupt Aidan Earley'swishes to take against me. I look at Cloudtag, Braemar Seascope (BMS), Amur Minerals (AMC) and look forward to tomorrow - more tea vicar?
Shares in the AIM listed fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) have dribbled lower to 6.5p to sell today but what is noticeable is the volume, or rather lack of it. In the face of a complete lack of orders from CES as well as minimal evidence that Cloudtag even has a sales ready product, buying interest seems to have tried up. Even the Bulletin Board threads are going quiet as the company appears to have stopped issuing lies about orders, potential orders and shipments of product. So what happens next?
Marcus Stuttard, the head honcho of the AIM Casino would have us believe that the market is tightly regulated by his team of oxymorons at AIM Regulation. In order to demonstrate his faith in his own system we thought it a good idea to pick him a portfolio of seven stocks which we have Red Flagged so that he could put his own money into them and show us all that there is no problem of fraud on the world’s most successful growth market. Here is the January update for Stuttard’s Septic Seven.
We are delighted to announce that UK Investor Show will be running two new sessions covering two companies of massive investor interest. The show takes place on April 1 (no joke) in London and already boasts a top panel of keynote speakers including Britain's Buffett Nigel Wray, top fund manager Mark Slater, the Queen of Tech Vin Murria, the UK's top share blogger Paul Scott and the UK's oldest fund manager as well as top bears Lucian Miers, Matt Earl and from New York Gabriel Grego and the Sheriff of AIM, Tom Winnifrith.
I just ask a simple question about AIM-listed CloudTag (CTAG) and this pesky financing deal with L1 involving convertible loan notes and associated conversion warrants. Something caught my eye in yesterday’s RNSs from the company, in which it announced yet another loan conversion – and the first (I expect of a great many) warrant exercises by L1.
This morning AIM-listed CloudTag (CTAG) has announced, predictably enough, another loan note conversion by L1. But in what looks to be a bit of a surprise move, L1 has also elected to start on the warrants too, despite there still being loan notes outstanding. But oh dear, what about the dates…..
Weekend press reports (not in the UK natch as the British press is ignoring this £2 billion City scandal for reasons one can only imagine) suggest that the FBI is now investigating. Already in France there have been arrests including that of the CEO of Areva - Atomic Anne - which bought AIM & TSX listed Uramin for £2 billion and had written all of its assets off as worthless within three years. There is also a major new investigative book out on the scandal due out on Thursday. I am sure my good friend Jim Mellon will be ordering an advance copy. Elsewhere I look at Vislink (VLK), at the train wreck waiting to happen at Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO), at Fitbug (FITB) and Cloudtag (CTAG) and then finally at SalvarX (SALV) - placing ahoy on this related party express train to planet hype.
I revisit the seven stages of grief in relation to buying shares in frauds and other disasters. I look at which stage shareholders in the frauds African Potash (AFPO) and Cloudtag (CTAG) have got to and what the psychology of grief tells us about where share prices are heading.
In a mere five days, Donald Trump becomes president of the United States. In 90 days or so, Theresa May promises to pull the plug on the world's largest trade bloc.
I was watching an old video today in which the great bear Marc Cohodes was interviewed about Concordia a fraud he called as a fraud. The shares were just over $100. They were c$37 when this interview went live. They are now sub $3. Listen to what he says about how investors and fraud companies react to him. This sounds very familiar to me as I discuss in the bearcast below which compares Cloudtag (CTAG) and my life to that of Marc and Concordia.
Here is an easy contest and the prize for winning is a bottle of Chapel Down English Champagne which I shall present on stage to the winner at UK Investor Show. It is easy to enter and the rules are simple.
With shares in the AIM listed fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) having slumped from a peak of 25p to c7p there are already many investors who have lost money. Over the next few months as the share price dwindles towards zero there will be legions more. But help may be at hand from Grant Thornton's fraud insolvency and recovery team.
I know I have slammed death spirals but they can actually be a "cheaper" source of equity funding for some PLCs. But not all spirals are the same and the L1 facility is a disaster for Cloudtag (CTAG). I explain in this podcast how the warrant kicker will crush the Cloudtag share price and when. Perhaps after listening you want to enter the Cloudtag share price guessing contest HERE
Yesterday morning shares in AIM-listed Parallel Media (PAA) shot out of the gates from the start of trading, peaking at a gain of almost 200%. Meanwhile, over on the LSE Asylum the PAA bulletin board was full of speculation about a corporate deal which would see the shares roof it. 50p, 100p here we come. Having opened the morning at 16p, the stock peaked at 46.5p (mid) with peak prices paid of 48p. But then the company spoke….
New Year's resolution number nineteen. If a Cloudtag (CTAG) moron who does not follow you on twitter tweets at you ten times or more in a couple of hours do not bother replying. A person like @PhilipHomer is obviously deranged so just block the loon. Meanwhile for those wanting to set their clocks by the annual CES ramp, Nigel Somerville has a Cloudtag calendar just for you, below.
A wide ranging bearcast today covers: Aurum Mining (AUR), Range Resources (RRL), SpaceandPeople (SAL), Harvest Minerals (HMI), Rosslyn Data (RDT), Cloudtag (CTAG) in the post fact era - Adrican Potash (AFPO) and Avanti Communications (AVN).
I am not an expert on the intracies of technology and so I often seek outside advice when my speciality (sniffing out AIM frauds) comes into contact with tech. And thus I asked an expert to review the dynamite CES video on Cloudtag (CTAG) we published yesterday. The expert watched it and wrote:
A lot has happened since the late sixties when Neil Armstrong took his one small step on the moon. The word lunatic is derived from the Latin word "luna" meaning moon since it was believed, in the middle ages, that a full moon could induce insanity. And that brings us nicely to last week's Bulletin Board Moron of the week who, natch, owns shares in Cloudtag (CTAG). There were many fine entries as you can see HERE.
