Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Donald Trump & The Stockmarket
The first Trump Clinton debate is tomorrow and here's hoping for a knockout for The Donald - I am just so glad that Gennifer Flowers will be in the front row as I explain HERE. But what does a Trump win or a Clinton win for that matter mean for the stockmarket? I am a market bear and selling my shares as I explained yesterday HERE. Does who wins the US General Election make any difference? I discuss this in detail.

A North American view on Potash - may interest Sirius groupies
The latest podcast from Palisade Capital sees a chap called Dwayne Dahl talk his own book but what he says about the forces that are shaping the potash industry will be of interest to groupies of Sirius Minerals (SXX). And for their sake I bring you this podcast.

Obtala - sells Retail operation for just $100 - that is a great deal
It is hard for a management team to admit to errors. It is so much easier for a new management team to admit that an old one goofed and thus Miles Pelham the new boss at Obtala (OBT) has done just that.

K3 Business Technology - Orderly Management succession, That's the way to do it
K3 Business Technology (KBT) has announced that Adalsteinn Valdimarsson, who joined as a NED on 11 July, is to become CEO. Chief Executive Officer, David Bolton will step up to assume the role of Executive Chairman and Lars-Olaf Norell will return to the position of Non-executive Director, as previously announced. This is orderly. It shows K3 is well run. Perhaps that is why we are 133% ahead on this share tip.

Open Letter to AIM Regulation & FCA: William Dewsall of Gable must be prosecuted - investigate him & Zeus Capital now
Are there any rules at all governing the withholding of damaging price sensitive information by AIM listed companies? Yes there are. The FCA under market abuse directives and and AIM Regulation both have the power to throw the book at CEOs and Nomads who offend. But will they? Gable (GAH), its CEO William Dewsall and, almost certainly, Nomad Zeus have broken the laws. I have written the letter below to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation and its boss, the bogus Sheriff Marcus Stuttard, as well as to the chocolate teapots at the FCA demanding urgent action

Shock RNS sees Newmark cut back to 1.4p, from bad to worse
When I initiated coverage on this website of Newmark Security (NWT) in May, little did I expect that it was about to release a set of profit warnings which would see the share price more than halved! But unfortunately, that is indeed what has happened.

Igas – New Year tip update: crunch time this week?
When I penned my one and only suggestion in the 2015 ShareProphets Christmas tipfest, AIM-listed Igas Energy (IGAS) shares sat at 18.5p on a market capitalisation of £55.3 million. They have been all over the place since then – up as high as 21p twice and down as low as 10p. They are currently 12p as the last bubble nonsense deflates gently but has anything really changed? Er, no. The company is still drowning in debt which it can’t repay and the lit fuse is now almost ten months shorter. Igas remains a stonking sell.

EVR Holdings – How to make money out of a Chris Akers stock
EVR Holdings (EVRH) has shown impressive share price growth since coming to market via an RTO in May earlier this year increasing from 1.1p to 2.95p at close on Friday so I thought it was time to review the stock and use it as a case study to show how one can make money out of company connected to Chris Akers.

A few thoughts ahead of AG Barr’s interims (and why broker ratings should be ignored)
I covered IRN-BRU maker AG Barr (BAG) last month, discussing why I thought the company was fundamentally sound despite some recent headwinds. Today, I’m coming off the fence and rating it as a Buy ahead of Tuesday's interim results.

Gulf Keystone: the Final Chapter.
On Thursday, as expected, the bond holders in Gulf Keystone (GKP) agreed to the restructuring which will give them 85.5% of the company. All that remains is for the scheme to be sanctioned in court next Friday, a formality. Within five working days of that date just shy of 20 billion shares will be dispatched to noteholders.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - I'm selling shares ahead of a winter of discontent
I refer to a podcast I did earlier on Dr King and Donald Trump HERE. Malcolm Stacey has today urged you to buy shares HERE. I am starting to sell FIML owned shares as I am now more bearish than I have been in a very long time. I take apart Malcolm's flimsy arguments but add in a number of other points to make, what I think, is a compelling bear case.

Vote Now in the Filthy Forty Pongy Poll! Which will be the next F40 casualty of the Sept 2016 reporting season?
Last year’s Sept reporting season saw a raft of casualties as members of the ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty either failed to release numbers on time and/or saw the Nomad quit. With less than one week to go until deadline day for interims to June 2016 (or finals to March 2016) there are ten of the remaining 17 members of our iffy index still to report (or announce that they won’t). Which will be the next to get suspended?

Begbies Traynor trading update - good but not great, but the shares are a buy
Begbies Traynor (BEG) has updated on “satisfactory” trading in the first quarter of its current financial year and emphasised that “we continue to be confident of the prospects for the group”. And that makes the shares look cheap.

Hello Share Trimmers. The markets are closed as I write, so let’s just take a look at the broadest picture possible when trying to predict if our shares will rise or fall. As you will have guessed this is a piece to encourage you in buying rather than selling in our golden game.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - when will there be 10 billion LGO shares in issue?
On today's bearcast I look at Jiasen (JSI) but have to speak quietly since Oakley may get the wrong idea when I discuss a dead cat bounce. I also cover Xtract Resources (XTR), Obtala (OBT), Corero (CNS), Toople (TOOP), GCM Resources (GCM) and in some detail LGO Energy (LGO)

Brady plc – review as it’s boardroom change ahoy
Having chatted to him in May, I was surprised to see an announcement earlier this month that “after nine years Gavin Lavelle has decided to pursue new opportunities and has stepped down as CEO” of Brady plc (BRY). The company has now also announced that founder Dr Robert Brady has stepped down as a non-executive director. Hmmm…

I'm ffing psychic - LGO places at 0.1p: confetti blizzard time again
It was about a year ago that I had a spat with my good pal Big Dave Lenigas when he denied my assertion that LGO Energy (LGO) was about to place. Naturally it did. As I have indicated in recent weeks that another bailout blizzard of confetti was on the way there was not even an attempt to deny from camp LGO this time around. I have oft suggested that the next bailout would be at 0.1p. Just call me mystic fucking Meg please...
