The stupidity of UK Oil & Gas owning David Lenigas sycophants on twitter - meet Donato Perretta
I trained as an oil analyst 27 years ago and have been writing about the sector ever since. Those morons who thought they knew better, as they filled their boots with Gulf Keystone (GKP), Xcite (XEL), Magnolia (MAGP), Andalas (ADL) and UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) always thought they had greater sector experise and on twitter came up with devestating responses to my hard analysis. Meet utter fucktard Donato Perretta, a UK Oil & Gas owning moron.

Falanx: has the company and Nomad Spark employed a medium to speak to the dead?
Noting last week’s double announcement of pitiful boardroom buys, I see that the finance director of AIM-listed Falanx (FLX) hasn’t put his hand in his pocket again whilst shuffling his enormous holding of 221,359 shares (about £8,300 worth) into his ISA. Bully for him. But the company seems to have had to employ a medium in order to get the RNS signed off. Why? Well, if you look down the RNS you will see this….

Video: Optibiotix commercial director Per Rehne talks about ramp up in sales
What looks like wallpaper in Mr Rehne's spare room really is ghastly and I am not sure what a director of Optibiotix (OPTI) is doing recording a webcast with investment hookers Proactive, a week or so before results day, but whatever, what do I know. Per seems in upbeat mood. For the record, having followed our own advice and top slice ( selling c 1/6) of our holding at 125p, we are not selling any more at the current 108p-111p.

HaloSource – “significantly below” trading warning & more bailout funds needed; step forward you know who…
Writing last month on HaloSource (HALO), I suggested to be wary of ‘pleasing’ news here as a next bailout fundraising looked necessary in the near-term. Yesterday, at an attempted no-one watching o’clock (6:09pm), an announcement; “Fundraise and Change of Adviser”…

Is Andalas over-egging the Badger pudding? Another pre placing ramp exposed
I do not wish to fall out with my pal Brokerman Dan or with PR Genius Steffi but I think that their enthusiasm for Andalas Energy (ADL) is misplaced because the company is just not being 100% upfront with investors about its new great hope, the Badger prospect in the North Sea.

Headlam - quiet day shocker as I talk about a small cap
With a relative dearth of larger cap news out today I turn my attention to Headlam (HEAD), which is apparently 'Europe's largest distributor of floorcoverings, providing the distribution link between suppliers and customers across the UK and Continental Europe'.

Woodford Patient Capital Trust: The Big Short (July update) – Is the Equity Income Fund bending the rules again?
There is good news for Woodford Patient Capital Trust (WPCT) in the end-July portfolio listings that came out yesterday, ironically due to a bit of help from the Woodford’s flagship fund, the Equity Income Fund. More interestingly, I think I have finally worked out how the Equity Income Fund is getting round its 10% unquoted stock limits which makes shocking reading if correct.

How Persimmon Continues to Build Cash Despite Falling House Prices
Hello Share Sighters. There are quite a few house builders to choose from and while some can't seem to go wrong, others do. One of the current factors in a builder's favour, or not, is where you operate. Persimmon (PSN) is based in York and most of its building goes on in areas which are not currently hit by a Southern fall in prices.

Angling Direct – “Half-Year Trading Update”. How’s profit then?, Cash?
“Angling Direct plc (AIM: ANG.L), the largest specialist fishing tackle and equipment retailer in the UK, is pleased to announce its trading update for the six months ended 31 July 2018. Revenue for the period was ahead of management's expectations”. Sounds promising - but what about profit?, cash?...

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - at absolutely every level Big Dave Lenigas talks bollocks on Twitter
In today's podcast i look at tweets from Big Dave Lenigas which at every level would, in the US, see him heading for the cell next to the one being prepared for Tesla's Elon Musk. He just cannot substantiate what he is saying. I then look at Pantheon Resources (PANR), have a question about May 25 2019 and the Horse Hill Woodlarks walk, at Condor Gold (CNR), one of Jim Mellon's dogs, at Imaginatik (IMTK) at what price would I buy for Vin Murria? Finally there is a detailed look at Marechale Capital (MAC) a true AIM Casino POS. The goat milking video to which I refer is HERE and the latest Hovel photos are HERE

AIM Cesspit poster boy Strat Aero (AERO) has today announced that it has upped its stake in Gyrometric Systems Limited from 36.9% to 57.7% by issuing £273,000 “worth” of worthless pieces of confetti ( 23.8 million shares). Whoopie do.

The Russians are quaking because of Horse Hill - is this the most ramptastic David Lenigas tweet yet?
A man who slammed Elon Musk of Tesla for making irresponsible statements that he could not validate via twitter has just made the most ramptastic claim in history about the Gatwick Gusher. Step forward David Lenigas. Without extensive drilling which has yet to take place Big Dave Lenigas cannot justify this statement in any way shape or form. But apparently the Russians are quaking that little old UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) is going to transform the metrics of global oil supply... whatever...

GAME Digital (GMD) has updated including “group revenue for the 52 weeks ended 28 July 2018 is expected to show a small decline at approximately £780 million (2017: £782.9 million)”. That compares to at the half-year stage “revenue of £517.4 million… an increase of 3.9%”. Hmmm…

Gavin Slattery, a UK Oil & Gas owning moron demands personal service via twitter
So I trained as an oil analyst and for the past 27 years have been writing about this sector. UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) owning moron Gavin Slattery is an expert in retail facilities management. He can't be bothered to register here but demands via twitter that I give a personal precis of my work yesterday but suggests that he will ignore whatever I say because he knows better anyway. The arrogance of a man whose portfolio will die from ignorance is breathtaking...

Wood Group & Polymetal - two larger cap resource names to buy (still)
The good news is that this write-up is not going to be about Billiton (BLT) - the world's largest miner - whose Tuesday morning results in Australia were worthy but dull. Far more interesting were the numbers today from Wood Group (WG.) and Polymetal (POLY).

Hello, Share Chuckers. Recently, I've tried to find you shares which are pleasing the City with big increases in profits. This is a dramatic opposite to the many shares that my colleagues so usefully highlight which are making bigger losses than before.

After years of earning £170,000 as a reward for being a total disaster as CEO of Pathfinder Minerals (PFP), the new board has taken just ten days to part company with Nick “not for the many but for the Trew” but massive questions remain.
