Edenville Energy looks a long way from becoming profitable - avoid
If AIM gave out awards for achieving little and issuing billions of shares, then Tanzanian coal miner Edenville Energy (EDL) would be high up the list to receive one!

Julie Meyer backs down in attempt to out and gag whistleblower John Galt
Followers of Julie "lingerie on expenses" Meyer whill know that her most vociferous critic is whistleblower ex employee John Galt. Meyer's lawyer, Julian Pike of Farrer & Co, delighted in bullying web-hosting companies to remove 100% accurate blog posts by Galt. The next step was to force those web companies to disclose Galt's name and address....Pike and Meyer initiated legal action but as you can see below...

ShareProphets under cyber attack – thank you for your support: we will not be silenced
I wonder who we have annoyed with a recent article & a promise of a stream more in the coming days and who knows all about tech and who has a history of using dirty tricks against opponents on the internet?

The intertwining of corporate and political power is more than ever as bankers’ bonus pools are overflowing once more
In the early 1990s, Marvel comics introduced a world 100 years in the future with new stories for its popular heroes and villains. Doctor Doom's story was called "The Doom of Tomorrow". The tomorrow I want to imagine is not 100 years away, but the years potentially just ahead of us.

Back Roger Lawson as he takes on the Abcam fat cats and useless 1%-er Non Execs
Roger Lawson of ShareSoc is er…not always right but his latest battle is one where he is bang on the money. Lawson is a shareholder in Abcam (ABC) and thinks the board is taking the piss and need an AGM wake-up call. He is absolutely right.

CyanConnode – more ‘news’, when’s the attempted new funding then?
“CyanConnode (AIM: CYAN), a world leader in narrowband radio frequency mesh networks, is pleased to announce the receipt of a $2.9 million purchase order for a five-year support and maintenance contract for an Omnimesh smart metering deployment by a State-Owned Utility in India” - and the shares have responded currently a further circa 10% higher, to above 13p, BUT…

Versarien – I told y’all
Versarien (VRS) is the reason why everyone should sign up with Primary Bid right now. Most Primary Bid offers are ones that I have no hesitation in telling you to avoid like the plague, being trapped in a lift with Emmanuel Macron or both. But just occasionally one comes along that is really worth punting on. I told you on Friday that Versarien was almost certainly in that category HERE. Today I am vindicated.

Randgold - merger confirmation...and bye-bye London!
So the Randgold (RRS) and Barrick Gold (ABX in the US) merger does come to pass. I mentioned the rumour yesterday and today the details have been realised. A nil-premia merger that creates an $18 billion gold sector behemoth which - to use the strapline the two entities are using on their presentation documents - is a 'new champion for long-term value creation in the gold industry'…

Bye-bye Draganfly - another stink the AIM Casino does not want you asking questions about
Shareholders in (now formerly) AIM-listed Draganfly (DRG) were treated this morning to news that the company has been given the AIM-Casino heave-ho as of 7am. Of course, ShareProphets readers were warned two years ago and twice more since that this run’n’coke was one for the asbestos suit and a very long bargepole – see HERE, HERE and HERE. I guess an ouzo is in order….

Malcolm Stacey heads to Russia in search of the Magic Money Tree Part 6
As you may have gathered last Tuesday, Malcolm’s long-suffering wife reckons that he has been spending too much time in The Punter’s Return and so has organised a holiday in Denmark, Sweden and Russia where Mr Stacey hopes to discover the magic money tree and an updated theme for his next novel. We left him about to catch a ferry from the egalitarian money free funded land of milk and honey that is Sweden and on his way to to Russia. Our senior reporter has now updated us on his progress since…

Is Sky the first FTSE-100 name headlining a deal Sunday?
So we wake to Sky (SKY) having a new owner, as media behemoth Comcast beat another media behemoth Fox (in effective combination with Disney) in a blind auction for Europe's biggest satellite TV operator. Boy did it pay up though. Comcast won with a final bid of £17.28 a share, versus a Fox bid of £15.67 a share for the 61% of Sky it did not already own. So if you own Sky shares...well done. As I own Disney shares, I feel more relief that it did not massively overpay (Disney is already buying a bunch of assets from 21st Century Fox and is in the throes of launching its own streaming channel to compete with Amazon and Netflix, so it has enough on its plate).

Once again Juicin fails to win a semi naked photo of Thirsty Paul Scott in Bulletin Board Moron of the week
Juicin Drumroll demanded we bring back the Bulletin Board Moron of the week contest and last week he again tried to win in a most valiant way with a superb nomination of a UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) moron from the ADVFN asylum as you can see HERE. But I am afraid he was pipped to the post by Warun Boofit who has found some gems care of two Frontera (FRR) owning poltroons. The winning double header is below:

Tern – conference call answers questions? No, but it was a sell note
So hats off to AIM-listed Tern (TERN) boss Al Sisto for answering my two questions. At least, that’s what we are to believe but having waved goodbye to almost an hour of my life listening to the Q&A call the message was clear: we will release news in accordance with AIM Rules. To be fair, one of my two questions made the cut and sort of got an answer, but not one that sheds any light on the situation. The other, well….maybe next time. And then there was, effectively, a sell note from Mr Sisto!

A new Julie Meyer CCJ emerges - even though Ms Lingerie on Expenses claims she has no personal financial troubles
Whatever you say darling. But the register of CCJ's suggests something very different. Julie Meyer MBE is now on a hat-trick. Of course she also owes the HMRC, IRS, Barclays Bank and others vast amounts of cash but now it seems that another person, owed, £10,585 has been forced to seek a County Court Judgement against her as you can see below.

DEADLINE MIDNIGHT TODAY: One more chance for Juicin to win a semi naked photo of Thirsty Paul Scott in Bulletin Board Moron of the week
Having demanded we bring back this contest, once again, Juicin Drumroll failed to win last week but he came second and tried very hard as you can see HERE. So he is clearly desperate to win a semi naked photo of Britain's leading share blogger before lunchtime, Thirsty Paul Scott. So we will give him a fifth and final chance.
