San Leon Energy (SLE) has announced 2018 calendar year results, that “progress in late 2018 into 2019 on the operational and financial challenges faced by Eroton on OML 18, augur well for San Leon's future” and that “San Leon and SunTrust have now signed binding agreements which terminate all litigation against San Leon, and preclude any future such litigation”…

Telit: limp slap on the wrist from the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation over mortgage fraudster Oozi Cats/Uzi Katz
You may remember our August 2017 shock expose HERE about how the founder and CEO of AIM listed Telit Communications (TCM) was not Oozi Cats but in fact Uzi Katz, a man who had fled the USA to avoid charges of mortgage fraud. Almost two years later the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation have acted. In a totally limp dick manner.

Kingfisher rejects my advice and goes French again!
I really do not expect corporate players to be even minutely impacted by my witterings on their company but I kind of hoped that the press rumours I excitedly repeated on the potentially new Kingfisher (KGF) CEO a few weeks back would be close to the truth. Late last week however the company announced 'the appointment of Thierry Garnier as Chief Executive Officer'. Yes, it has appointed a French national again! And all this after the ultimately terribly lacklustre Veronique Laury.

Neill Ricketts of Versarien takes to twitter to bullshit about spoof US order - cripes his followers are thick
As I explained on Saturday, there is no reason why Neill Ricketts cannot say the value of his spoof US order. The only reason he will not is that it is tiny. None the less Ricketts took to his usual medium, twitter, to find a new reason not to admit how small his dick, sorry I meant order, is. And look at how dumb his followers are with their replies!

Nobody has a crystal ball but this is not normal
A 1.2% interest rate on a 100 year bond is just not normal. There are so many strange absurdities out there you have to be a bear.

Patrick Abbott (ex Versarien) in unhinged twitter meltdown against Tom Winnifrith - what sort of company would employ this nutter?
Patrick Abbott clearly does not like the fact that I reveealed and published the fraud charges against him that could see him to a 20 year stretch and which AIM uber-ramp Versarien (VRS) finally responded to by, eventually bowing to my pressure, and parting company with him last week. Last night he went into a twitter meltdown as you can see below. I ask you what sort of company employs a nutter like this in the first place?

This Health Giant Should Make Steady Progress with a Healthy Dividend.
Hello Share Peekers. A Footsie jumbo which I have shares in, but rarely write about, is GlaxoSmithKline (GSK).To give you an idea of its size, it’s the fourth biggest outfit in the Footsie. And while it's true the big fish can flounder, like the former British Energy, for example, we can hope for a measure of security not inherent in smaller companies.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: a major row with the Mrs (can you decide?), Sosandar and..but Neill Ricketts is an honorable man
Listeners can you decide who is right on this massive issuew: the Mrs or myself? Then it is onto Sosandar (SOS) where cowardly Nigel Somerville today fails to answer my question and where I discuss what would make me buy. Finally onto Neill Ricketts and Versarien (VRS) after yesterday's bombshell. But Neill is an honourable man, right?

PetroTal Corp- Rapid growth possible from this South American Oiler: BUY
When the oil price crashed in 2015, opportunities from secondary asset disposals by the larger operators to smaller more focused companies was always going to happen- it’s the normal process in the commodity sector. PetroTal Corp (PTAL), is an example of this, where I can see upside from this business process. The shares are cheap.

Merlin Entertainment & Superdry: jet-lagged and philosophical
I have spent much of the last few days in California, mostly in Silicon Valley, on the final part of a global research and related tour. And very interesting it was too. Another time I will maybe share a few of the individual share insights from the company level interactions I had with names such as Tesla (TSLA), Alphabet/Google (GOOGL) and Apple (AAPL), but today's missive is just me starting to tidy up a few loose ends from the UK markets from the last two or three days.

Explorers don't get any more exciting than Eco Atlantic - which is why I have been buying
Private investors seem to love the boom or bust scenario that applies to many of the exploration drills for oil and gas, but is it really worth taking the risk on these types of plays?

Neil Woodford Dog Verseon releases FY18 numbers. Material uncertainty? You bet…..
Tom Winnifrith and I have already stuck the boot into Woodford Dog Verseon (VERS, but formerly VSN) as it raised yet more cash to keep the lights on in March. Of course, that fundraise fell to Neil Woodford who ponied up 105p per share for 7.5 million shares of the 7.7 million share issue. That was bad enough, but being near-enough the only investor in town (armed with other people’s money) he coughed up 105p per share when they were trading at 74p – madness!

Sosandar – Shares falling, what to do?
Tom Winnifrith has suggested that I comment on AIM-listed Sosandar (SOS), given that the shares have drifted back below the 20p mark where my buy tip drew a line in the sand. Mind you, anyone who followed me will have done very well – and will still have a bunch of free shares – as I top-sliced at 27p and again at 38.4p having said buy at 13p. So my current scores-on-the-doors is a cash profit and some free shares.

I decided to spare everyone my annual paen to Canada, as it is Canada's National Holiday tomorrow, and stay within ShareProphet's wheelhouse. This chart, from VisualCapitalist.com shows the conversion of the worlds largest companies from providing a wide-range of goods and services in 1999 to being tech (and Johnson + Johnson) in 2019.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Olaf turns 18, Chris Oil turns his portfolio and Boris turns to sordid bribery
In this podcast I reflect on the birth of my daughter Olaf (Olivia) at just 26 weeks, weighing 1lb 4 oz all those years ago as she turns 18 today. I look at Boris Johnson's proposed stamp duty bribe and why it is wrong at every level. I answer the questions I raised yesterday, about Chris Oil's share trading in Union Jack Oil (UJO) and I discuss the "news" (it won';t be to you dear listeners!) that Neil Woodford's Equity Income Fund is being gated for a lot longer than the first announced 28 days.

When will the dim MP’s get it? The mini bond scandal is so much more than LCF – new Blackmore red flag
Dim-witted MPs and poltroons of the deadwood press seem to think that the London & Capital Finance is a one-off. Sure the level of theft by Amber Rudd’s pal Simon Hume Kendall was obscene but as we have flagged up many times there are stacks of other LCF type mini bond scandals waiting to emerge. I highlighted back in February 2019, a number of similarities between Blackmore Bond PLC and, now, insolvent London Capital and Finance Plc.

David Lenigas pot play – a shameless ramper doesn’t change his spots
Ok, so Horse Hill is now shown to have been a great big 100 billion barrel piss take. David Lenigas does not mind. He is no longer involved with any of the Horse Hill stable of related party companies he helped to create. He’s probably sold his shares. He’s almost certainly made millions of pounds and so he needs a new game,a new crock of shite to ramp. Step forward AfriAg (AFRI) on the NEX lobster pot and the tweet below.
