itim Group – “pivoting away slightly from the strategy proposed during IPO” (in only 2021), I wonder why?!
Previously writing on digital technology platform for retailers group Itim (ITIM), in September with the shares down to 67.5p I questioned ‘deployment of its products and services vital in helping clients weather the storm’, concluding still avoid/sell and ANOTHER 2021 AIM IPO (at 154p) Roll-Call of Shame. The shares last closed at 49.85p and today a further “trading update”.

Video: The Best Gold Bull Market I Have Ever Seen
Money manager Peter Grandich has a message that our own Nigel Somerville will be delighted to hear. Peter discusses the potential for this gold bull market and why it’s likely extraordinary. He says that Central Banks are buying at record levels, and many of those buying are doing it for safety reasons. He says that you should not bet against the Fed and don’t bet against central banks when it comes to gold and hence mining shares have yet to reflect what is happening, and are, arguably, as cheap as they can get regarding the price of gold.- By Tom Winnifrith |

The BBC bums its readers with the fake news pump that got Scotgold’s bailout placing away
I wonder if BBC journalist David Henderson, Pravda’s business correspondent in the second world post industrial transgender friendly shithole that is Scotland, feels any guilt about losing folks stacks of cash by publishing fake news? Ahead of a ramptastic and wholly fictitious article about Scotgold (SGZ), an AIM listed company teetering on a financial precipice the shares traded at 44.5p. You may remember that on 31 January Guild Esports (GILD) tried to hide from its shareholders the statement by its auditors that there was a material uncertainty as to its ability to pay bills as they fell due for 12 months and that a placing was now underway. As the FCA forced it to ‘fess after hours, Guild said that there would be a placing but it was not actually underway, the auditors had been misled. Wind forward…- By Tom Winnifrith |

British American Tobacco – full year numbers, a total return Buy
As I write the shares of British American Tobacco (BATS) are down below a 3000p share price today, meaning year-to-date the cigarette and more name is down over 10%. And yet, back in the COVID-19 peak crisis and then investment excitement bounceback moments in 2021, the stock was back at 2500p. And we have not even discussed the over 7% dividend yield.
