One less AIM CEO with a career in porn - Charles Clark "reshuffles himself" at Rosslyn Data
AIM Dog with fleas Rosslyn Data (RDT) has announced a wholesale reshuffle of its boardroom which saddens me greatly as it now means that there is one less AIM CEO who had a career in porn. Farewell Charles Clark for you will be missed.

Circassia shares crash on cat trial failure - the latest Neil Woodford Biotech disaster
Hats off to veteran journalist Tim Blackstone who called Circassia (CIR) as a short with a £900 million market cap on January 16 this year HERE. Today the shares have crashed by 64% to 98.5p giving it a market cap of just £261 million. Tim Blackstone dared to go up against Neil Woodford with this call as he is the largest shareholder. It looks like another biotech disaster for Woodie.

Video: Is Dodgy Dave Cameron simply the most dishonest PM in history
Slippery Dodgy Dave just wont answer the questions. Is he the most dishonest PM in history. As you vote on Thursday ask yourself if you believe a word that this man says. If your answer is no, as mine was, you must vote for Brexit. The video shows classic Dodgy Dave from the weekend.

Running out of cash Leni Gas Cuba accelerates the spunk with another crap deal
As Cynical Bear showed HERE, Leni Gas Cuba (CUBA) is running out of cash fast. Given its monstrous record of lying to investors, buying worthless assets from its main players without telling anyone and of spunking cash only a total fool will back the looming and inevitable placing. So what to do? Aha, piss more away on another crap deal. And so..

No Major Pullbacks In Sight for Gold Stocks Until 2017
Oh Goodie Goodie I hope Amanda van Dyke's colleague Jordan Roy Byrne is correct as we own a stack of gold shares. He argues that: Gold performed well last week but there is resistance at the $1300 mark. There are many factors in play causing volatility in the gold price but this has not effected the stocks which have performed well without any significant corrections.

Boxhill Technologies – Do birds of a feather stick together?
Following on from Tom’s explosive piece over the weekend referencing this letter relating to the Mediacorp / Purple Lounge debacle and the dodgy characters involved, I couldn’t help but pick up on the Boxhill Technologies (BOX) connection as I continue to be amazed that Lord Razzall hangs out with some of these characters.

Investments that Shouldn't Be Affected by Brexit - and They're Not Shares.
Hello Share Smashers. The big vote is only a gnat's bite away now. I'm still undecided. Perhaps I won't bother, as my dear old dad used to say that no election was ever decided by one vote, anyway. But any road up, it is not wise to either buy or sell shares at the moment, in my view. Not unless there is a pressing individual reason why a stock should be acquired ot dumped.

The very Simple question Highlands Natural Resources is Refusing to answer
Highlands Natural Resources (HNR) is a dog with fleas which screams "over-ramped crap" at every level. Our coverage here is a comprehensive demonstration of why the shares are a sell at almost every level. It almost seems poor form to kick a man who is down. However...

Vast Resources: Shareholder activism at its best – make sure you get involved NOW
Despite Vast Resources’ (VAST) share price taking a bit of a beating last week, it is great to see its private investors getting together to try to make a difference, rather than just sitting back and accepting their fate. As a big fan of shareholder activism, I’m more than happy to do my bit to publicise the cause and try to get more people involved.

Scancell – drug supply problems and a bet with the Sheriff
AIM-listed cancer-buster Scancell (SCLP) announced on Friday that its seven-year-old supply of SCIB-1 vaccine trial doses has had to be withdrawn as the product is no longer within the original specification: it has degraded. The formal trial ended last year, but eight patients elected to continue the treatment which has had to come to an abrupt halt until a new batch is manufactured (about 9-12 months). Bad news, but perhaps not as bad as it might seem.

Premier Oil - Holed Below the Waterline? (Part 2)
Yesterday in Part 1, I outlined the gravity of the situation facing Premier Oil’s (PMO) equity investors. In that piece, I presented my view that the purchase of E.ON’s North Sea assets was an attempt to temporarily fix a covenant breach situation, but that any profits it generates are unlikely to be material against Premier’s debt pile.

Advanced Oncotherapy Red Flag Season part 3 - Tell us about Sinophi?
On 25 March 2015 Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) announced what it claimed was a major breakthrough in China, what it termed the "first major sale of a LIGHT system" in China. Well that was the headline. The customer was a firm called Sinophi. The shares zoomed on this $40 million order. Jolly good news. 37 days later the company raised £20 million in a placing at 8p. But did anyone care to look underneath the PR spin? No. Lets start with Sinophi Healthcare Limited.

Premier Oil - Holed Below the Waterline? (Part 1)
Anyone lucky enough to buy independent exploration and production company Premier Oil (PMO) around the January lows achieved a two-bagger in quick time as the shares rallied rapidly from around 20p to achieve a high of 75p last month. It is currently capitalised at £360 million ($500 million) and is a favourite on the bulletin boards. Sadly, it’s not yet clear that Premier has its house in order. There could be some serious pain yet to come.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Brexit Bollocks from Gary Newman and the stench from Strat Aero & Regent Pacific (i.e Plethora)
I start with a discussion on how the sad events in Yorkshire may sway the Brexit vote before turning to Gary Newman's nonsense earlier today about Brexit, house prices and Foxtons (FOXT). Then it is onto a detailed look at Strat Aero (AERO) and also Regent Pacific, the new owner of Plethora (PLE) and in both cases its red flags ahoy big time.
