Provexis: the facts don't support the current valuation
If you look at the AIM market it is full of companies that have been promising the earth for years, but have yet to actually achieve much of any real substance.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: reading the Bulletin Boards to apply the Tom Winnifrith test
I have spent the morning reading a few Bulletin Boards. I feel dirty in admitting to doing this as it is something I do very rarely and only when no-one is watching. Specifically I looked at threads on Cloudtag (CTAG), Strat Aero (AERO) and Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) for instructive lessons in both human behaviour and also the nature of all the best frauds.

Letter to AIM Regulation & FCA re Advanced Oncotherapy - URGENT enquiry needed now
Yesterday shares in Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) plunged after it fessed up that a critical deal worth up to $120 million with a Chinese entity had encountered problems. Those who backed a big fundraise just weeks ago are already 26% down. But the incident begs massive questions about the timeline of disclosure and RNS statements that appear to be utterly untrue. I have written to the FCA & AIM Regulation, as this appears to be market abuse, outlining my very specific concerns and demanding an urgent enquiry and, if appropriate, that sanction be taken against those responsible. The letter is below:

Metal Tiger and BMR deal – WTF is Borelli thinking??
An astonishing RNS late yesterday detailing a potential shocking offer for Metal Tiger (MTR) by BMR Group (BMR) has left me, and many of their respective shareholders, scratching our heads. Alex Borelli is the CEO of both companies – what the hell is playing at?

Mitie Group is poised to go much lower
There are few shrewder analysts of the Business Services sector than Matthew Earl, the man who called the demise of Connaught way before the herd, and more recently questioned the value of Mitie (MTO), suggesting a profits warning was on the way.

K3 - very strong trading update, we are more than 100% ahead but still a buy
K3 Business Technology (KBT) has updated that “trading in the first four months of the new financial year is ahead of last year” – this in advance of a key selling period of the forthcoming weeks to the end of December.

Why I've Sold All My Advanced Oncotherapy Shares.
Hello Share Mongers. About two years ago I suggested you take a look at Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO). I was glad I did as I seem to recall that the shares rose from about 3p at the time to around 18p.

Tom Winnifrith: Should I go to Guernsey on December 20 to try to vote down the African Potash GM?
The FRAUD African Potash (AFPO) has today snuck out notice of a General Meeting in an RNS which does not actually tell you what the meeting is for. It merely states that "a General Meeting ('GM') will be held at 12.00 p.m. on 20 December 2016 at Richmond House, St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1GZ.". I am sorely tempted to buy one or two shares in this company to attend and try to block the motion in hand. But I need to ask folks a question first.

Cloudtag - more lies and deceit admitted to

Gattaca – a buyer as shares have continued to fall, but worth following?
Previously writing on engineering and technology recruitment group, Gattaca (GATC) I noted that the full-year numbers suggested compelling value, but questioned whether the shares actually were. Some buying has now been announced, with the shares having slipped further from the just below 300p of my previous update…

Advanced Oncotherapy - so does it have any orders at all? What does it define as a sale? This stinks
How many commercial orders does Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) have for its Proton beam machines? I put it to you that the answer is zero but that it has always been zero. This company appears to have over-egged the pudding on a serial basis, allowing it to raise vast sums. The FCA should be now launching an urgent investigation into this matter demanding to see original "commercial sales" paperwork in order to see if Advanced has been as transparent as the rules dictate.

Fastjet: chairman walks in disgrace it is almost out of cash just four months after £15 million placing
In late July of this year AIM listed basket case African airline FastJet raised £15.2 muillion at 50p. Wind forward to two days ago and the shares were just 18.5p but then started falling sharply to 16p last night and this morning came the disastrous admission. Naturally there is no insider dealing on the world's most successful growth market. The shares are now 14.5p and will sink lower as it has all gone horribly wrong.

China fraud Asian Citrus – treating AIM shareholders as second class citizens
The Red Flags plastered all over the currently suspended pending accounts ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty play Asian Citrus Holdings (ACHL) can all be found HERE and the latest development is that it has now called its AGM – still with no accounts published – on 28 December, right in the middle of the Christmas and New Year break. I guess the board is saving precious shareholder cash in that it will be able to book a very small room.

CloudTag – EGM circular published, my plan for great riches hits a snag but there is a get-out
Oh dear. They say that no news is good news and so conversely it was beginning to seem that every time AIM-listed CloudTag (CTAG) opened its mouth via the RNS system these days it was bad news. What a come-down from the good old days when it could announce anything it liked and the market loved it. Perhaps the company’s fortunes will change with this morning’s ramptastic RNS, although the reaction seems a tad muted already. Watching this unfold I wonder if my plan for instant wealth as a death spiral financier might hit a snag.

Falcon Acquisitions – What’s really going on with this Teevee deal?
I was going to wait until the prospectus came out for the Quiptel deal before commenting on the recent acquisition by Falcon Acquisitions (FAL); however, my spelling and grammar OCD got the better of me so I had to get a few things off my chest sooner rather than later.
