Explosive email leak - Advanced Oncotherapy and Sinophi: the real timeline emerges

AIM promote Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) and Sinophi have already publicly disagreed as to whether the $120 million order by the Chinese has been "terminated" or not and and on when it was "terminated". Advanced announced the bad news on November 24 suggesting no termination, Sinophi used the T word and said it told Advanced in "early November". A source out East has ensured that I have now obtained access to confidential emails from Sinophi to Advanced which show that Advanced was aware of problems far earlier and at a time when it was soliciting funds from investors. It did not tell those investors. Heads must roll.

Filthy 40 Origo borrows $2.5m at min 50% cost to keep the lights on

You may have thought that ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty investment company Origo (OPP) had put its troubles behind in and was heading for calmer waters. Having finally resolved its ongoing troubles over payouts on its preference shares, reaching a deal with Brooks Macdonald, and just a couple of weeks ago given a positive update on the progress of its portfolio and realisations, this morning the company announced that it had borrowed $2.5 million with repayment terms the higher of 50% or 12% a year (non-compounded) to discharging Origo liabilities to professional advisors (excluding those of Origo Advisors Limited) existing as at 19 August 2016.

Chances of success look low for Prospex

When it comes to companies in the natural resources sector on AIM it is always interesting to go back and look at their history, and some of them have a very chequered one to say the least under various former names!

Oiling the Wheels of Share Rises for Purveyors of the Ebony Nectar

Hello Share Twangers. I was beginning to worry that my predictions that the price of Brent crude would rise steadily were not going to happen. The ebony nectar value has been falling in the last month or so (by about 10%).

The emails have landed - I love the smell of AIM Napalm in the morning

The emails I referred to in Friday's bearcast have landed. Clearly my prayers on Friday night were heard. Thank you God. I have now completed the article which will expose on AIM company to the most almighty scrutiny and fallout. I want to sleep on it before publishing at some stage tomorrow. But here's a hint!

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: I've been silenced on Worthington by the lawyers said the Pea Brained moron - oh yeah?

Rain stopped play at the Greek Hovel olive harvest as I report in a new photo article HERE. So is a computer work day. A BB Moron is boasting that I have gone quiet on Worthington (WRN) and won't call it a fraud, on legal advice. Let me put him straight in this podcast. I comment on Italy and then it is onto Red Rock Resources (RRR) and Sports Direct (SPD) and the issue of buying shares in companies with, er..controversial bosses. I discuss both in detail.

China fraud Taihua – where is the buy-back? Where is the website? Where is the update on RMB 10 million of Related Party receivables (which the FY15 audit could not confirm)?

I keep on asking, and still there is silence: where is that buy-back that ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty poster-boy Taihua (TAIH) has been promising since announcing an Open Offer to pay for it back in August? And where is the company website? And what about those Related Party receivables which were subject to an audit qualification of opinion?

Peter Schiff: QE4 is going to be huge

Is the Trump rally fizzling out? Yes it is. But is this going to be a soft landing? No. That is the view of libertarian gold bug superhero Peter Schiff who explains in his latest podcast that bubbles just do not go away gently. And we are living in a bubble.

CBUY

Cloudbuy – loan drawdown suggests cashburn still a problem

Friday saw AIM-listed e-marketplace play Cloudbuy (CBUY) announce that it had drawn down a further £1 million under its funding package with 11% shareholder Mr Roberto Sella. This follows the original drawing of £3.3 million back in April under a funding package of up to £5.75 million. Unfortunately it seems that cashburn remains a problem, and one wonders how long the new £1 million (and the remaining £1.4 million available under the deal) will last before the company has to get out the begging bowl.

Bulletin Board Moron of the week contest - joint winners

Naturally it is the Cloudtag (CTAG) morons who provided us with the most sport in the week gone by. But in case you think that Cloudtag threads are the only place to search for lunacy - other than comments by our very own Wildes on his beloved LGO Energy & FastJet - think again. There are always those holding golden tickets in Worthington (WRN) who know who is to blame for its problems: criminal Tom Winnifrith. Whatever.. There were stacks of good entries in last week's contest as you can see HERE but the joint winners are:

Son of the Knob Park Ponzi: Quindell fraudster Rob Terry launches Quob Park Health

Oh what tangled webs we weave, eh Mr Terry? Not distracted by the ongoing Serious Fraud Office investigation that will see him end up in jail, Rob Terry has a new venture. Natch it is one based on an old fraud but that probably won't deter some folks.

SND

Sanderson: results and company chat - buy

Recent share tip, Sanderson Group (SND) has announced results for its year ended 30th September 2016 and, chatting to management, they remain conscious of macroeconomic risk but doesn’t currently detect any loss of confidence in the company’s areas of focus and are confident of making further progress.

Red Rock Resources Results: The Dog is no longer

We tipped Red Rock (RRR) just a week or so ago at a 0.50p offer. it is now 0.7p bid so the gain is 40% so far. Results for the year to June 30th were out on Friday and start with a comment from marmite Andrew Bell:

UKOG

Horse Hill Developments Limited – a new mysterious buyer and seller of shares – Essendon Investments

I previously published a previous article about the various transactions between Angus Energy and other parties in connection with Horse Hill Developments Limited (“HHDL”). Including two very private companies namely Danadav and Flowermay which sold HHDL shares to UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) and Evocutis.

Notes from Underground: Popcorn time

Well, it's time to sit back, put one's feet up, and watch how the Cloudtag events unfold. Will the company avoid the terrible fate of the death spiral? Or will it, as the bulletin board morons suggest, suddenly demonstrate a viable and desirable wearable product at the CES 2017 trade fair in, oh, five weeks.

New Bulletin Board Moron of the Week - sponsored by African Potash, lyin' Chris & Cloudtag moron Liam Nicholas

The ouzo is on ice for the suspension of shares in the fraud African Potash (AFPO) on December 7th and I am still comtemplating buying a share and going to its GM in Guernsey on 20th December - it would be a hoot. Its dwindling band of followers are posting some delusional rot although the Cloudtag boards are a better source of madness. Anyhow post any BB comments or tweets (even comments from our own Wildes on Fastjet) in the comments section below. The deadline for entries is midnight on Saturday 3rd December.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: 550kg of olives harvested in one day, I'm cream crackered

I am utterly wiped out after day one of what looks like being a cracking harvest. A full photo report is HERE. In the podcast I discuss votes tomorrow in Austria and Italy and what they mean and why we bears are feeling good about the lack of a Santa Rally. Trump was Santa this year and that rally is over. I explain why I disagree with Malcolm Stacey's article today. I then look at a number of AIM stocks set to slide and why, as I refer to Steve's piece earlier. In focus: Avanti Communications (AVN), Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO), Telit (TCM), Boohoo (BOO), Tungsten (TUNG), Fastjet (FJET), Cloudtag (CTAG), African Potash (AFPO) and I have a few words about Worthington (WRN)

UKLA & Worthington - this is surreal

This is beyond satire. On Friday night, as it does every night, the UKLA published via RNS its list of companies subject to potential bids and guess what? Worthington is still there. Worthington as in the company where an administrator has now been appointed and a first gazette published? Yes that is the one. But it gets better.

Purecircle. Moving in the Right Direction - DOWN!

I have never been a fan of Purecircle (PURE), particularly in 2012/13 when its shares rose six-fold from £1 to £6 on hugely overblown dreams of the potential of its plant based sweetener product to replace sugar and cure America of its obesity problem.

OBT

Obtala - shares more than 100% up on our share tip but Forestry news makes them look cheap!

We tipped Obtala (OBT) at an 8p offer and the shares are now 19p bid which values the company at c$60 million - we use dollars for the sake of convenience. But news after hours yesterday makes the shares still cheap! we spoke to chairman Miles Pelham on Thursday night and this is exciting.
