Oh dear, oh dear, I am sorry to have to break the news to WH Ireland (WHI) but a shareholder in the esteemed firm of pensioner muggers has agreed to appoint both myself and Jim Bagot as its "corporate representative" ahead of the AGM on March 30th.

Oh dear, the charlatan Darren Winters who has made millions over the past fifteen years conning poor folks into paying vast sums to attend his worthless courses is having a bad start to 2017. First there was a total slating by the ASA for telling lies to win custom, now we can publish the Judges's verdict in a case we backed where Winters tried to exact money with menaces. The Judge was damning.

I haven’t been following BOS Global (BOS) that closely since the comedy gold video I commented on HERE but note the share price has increased quite nicely in recent months, much to my surprise. I noted, however, an acquisition announced yesterday which included the one thing that annoys me more than any other on AIM, the spoof made-up share price for equity issued as consideration for acquisitions. Let me explain.

High market prices are currently being supported by OPEC cutbacks, and these higher profits are funding the growth of American drilling. American oil explorers who survived the worst of the 2014-2016 market sell off are dismissive of the 14 percent slide in prices this year from a high of $55.24 to around $48 a barrel. The price would have to drop to the $30s or lower to dent the bottom line of many drillers now working U.S. shale fields, according to Katherine Richard, the CEO of Warwick Energy Investment Group, which own stakes in more than 5,000 oil and natural gas wells.

Goldplat (GDP) has announced that it has secured a $2 million short term debt facility from Scipion Capital. The loan is structured as a revolving pre-export facility and is available for 360 days from first drawdown. Interest is LIBOR plus 9.5%pa and repayment and interest are due monthly. Security on the drawn amounts has been granted over GDP’s South African tailings facility. This has prompted house ( thus not impartial) broker VSA to increase its target price by 9% and thus it claims that the shares, at 7.375p offer 63% upside.

It has been drawn to my attention that the pensioner mugging free speech hating, free press threatening bastards at WH Ireland (WHI) are holding a GM on 30th March, a day when I just happen to be in London. I would very much like to attend as would Mr Bagot, a pensioner WH Ireland knows well. But we need your help.

Death spiral provider Bracknor does not buy shares in companies. It loans the desperate, cash at pound of flesh rates which it then converts into shares at discounted rates and flogs to mug punters. That is the classic death spiral model. But to get such a death spiral away it needs a perception of market liquidity and also to avoid a complete short term collapse of the share price. And that brings us to Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO).

Self-described “world leader in the design and manufacture of supercapacitors, which considerably extend the performance of batteries”, CAP-XX (CPX) has announced results including that it “has again made excellent progress over the six months to 31 December 2016 and beyond in building on and refining its strategy”. Sounds positive. What? The shares currently 16% lower, at 8.5p?!?…

ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty purveyor of all things fishy, Aquatic Foods (AFG), has updated on 2016 Q4 trading this morning. In a statement plastered with Red Flags it would appear that the company is nearing the final chapter of the China Norfolk playbook as we are warned that there has been a spot of bother getting cash out of China. Is it bye-bye to the dividend? 

I think Deborah White of Milestone Group (MSG) should be fired and then made to to a perp walk for her blatant breach of AIM rules with regard to non disclosure of price sensitive information. But there is another reason to hand Debs a p45 today...her stunning record of non delivery. It is worth chronicling just how bad it is.

Small AIM outfit Zinc Media (ZIN) released its interim results last week and trumpeted that it is continuing to move in the right direction, but I would question whether the turnaround is happening fast enough to make the shares attractive.

Hello Share Twirlers. Though the Footsie has been striding ahead, it would have done far better if the oil price had behaved itself. We are not just talking oil shares, but the whole of the share economy. A weak oil price has a negative effect all round.

It has only just dawned on me that in exactly two weeks time, at 4.30 PM I shall be cracking open the ouzo to celebrate the fact that no Nomad on AIM is so desperate for cash and morally bankrupt that it will act for the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG).
