TRCS

Tracsis – “considerably stronger” second half & “well positioned” trading update, so why are the shares unmoved?

Rail and traffic-focused technology and services company Tracsis (TRCS) has updated on a second half of its financial year ended 31st July 2017 “considerably stronger than the first half” and that “initiatives, our continued diversification, a good pipeline of M&A prospects, and anticipated industry momentum leaves the group well positioned as we enter the new financial year”. The shares have though currently responded unchanged at 440p. Hmmm…

Meet the Fund Manager buying into Telit - also Rob Terry's biggest fan at Quindell

Relief for Telit (TCM) bulls came at 4.05 PM Monday with news that Davide Serra had bought 1.6 million shares in Telit last week taking his holding from sub 3 to 4%. He only submitted his TR1 after the weekend but paying 160p-180p AFTER we exposed the, then, CEO Oozi cats as the Boston fraudster he clearly knew better than we did. But where did that name Davide Serra ring a bell?

FCR

Ferrum Crescent - still burning through cash and achieving little of note!

With any AIM listed natural resources company it is always interesting to look at where the company is at this point in time when compared to the accumulated losses of the business since it started.

DX

DX Group – “strong strategic logic” & “opportunity to deliver significant value” reverse takeover discussions… terminated

Having on 31st March announced “strong strategic logic for all stakeholders” and “opportunity to deliver significant value” DX Group (DX.) reverse takeover discussions for John Menzies' Distribution division – and on 5th June “agreed revised terms”, there are now “Termination of Discussions” announcements…

Andalas Energy you are scum - a day of shame for AIM from this worthless crap

Andalas Energy (ADL) and its loathsome boss Dave "the rule breaker" Whitby represent all is worst about the AIM Casino. The company is worthless and its sole achievement has been an industrial scale transfer of wealth from the many to the few. Even by its own tawdry standards yesterday was a low point and it is a matter that I shall now be asking the authoriies to investigate as, blatant, market abuse. But first we must rewind to August 8.

As the Greggs Bandwagon Rolls on, You Might Care to Bite into the Shares

Hello, Share Takers. I’m not a great fan of Greggs (GRG) the baker. I rather disapprove of the sugary confections you see in its shop windows. This may be because of my dodgy teeth. But they do a very wholesome seeded loaf which is a mainstay of this family’s kitchen.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - the Great British house price crash of 2017 - its now underway

Okay I have called the top before but the house price crash is underway. I explain why and it involves cutting off the supply of dodgy foreign buyers in London, changes in Buy to Let Tax and new costs for landlords, it involves external shocks and an over-borrowed British consumer. It is already underway and this crash will be brutal. I look at what to invest in and what to short. I do a short section on Purplebricks (PURP) which is one of THE top stocks to short in the UK.

DCD

DCD Media – delighted to announce a contract win... but what about the financials?

DCD Media (DCD) is “delighted to announce” a contract win with American female network WE tv. The stockmarket reaction isn’t delighted…

EDR

Egdon a buy at 9.25p - worth 35.5p claims house broker VSA after operational update

I have no axe to grind here and the caveat is that the house broker is paid by the client to write research so it is not impartial. But the upside predicted here for Egdon Resources (EDR) seems enormous and VSA is more honest than most brokers (okay there is a low bar in that contest) and as a lower risk play on UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) ramping this may be of interest. Today's note reads:

LightwaveRF – another ramptastic Apple-linked announcement. Discounted placing ahoy?

LightwaveRF (LWRF) has announced what CEO Andrew Pearson emphasises as “a further exciting development” in that its “next generation Apple HomeKit certified product range, for controlling smart devices with iOS apps and Siri voice commands, will be released on 3 October 2017… will be on sale in Apple retail stores in the UK and the UAE, online via apple.com and at other selected retail outlets”. Ramptastic!...

Telit - Oozi "resigned" the board the Boston fraudster appointed says no PLC fraud but FinnCap declines to agree

Telit Communications (TCM) is spinning hard to suggest that all is well despite its founder, CEO and largest shareholder Oozi Cats being"resigned" today. It started by planting today's RNS in the ever pliant FT yesterday afternoon - the paper of record is now the mouthpiece for fraudsters wanting to spin a line. The timing of that FT plant now exposes the lies of today.  Now comes the formal statement and it does not wash at all and begs massive questions which are just not answered.

Mirada trading statement, feel that cashburn - placing ahoy

With apologies to my fellow bear Matt Earl, the Dark Destroyer, who is a NED at Mirada (MIRA) but today's trading statement moves swiftly from gushing about jam tomorrow to a a damning admission of the monumental cashburn which leave the balance sheet holed beneath the waterline. It is placing ahoy and for a company of this size that means bucket shops and a deep discount

Winner of the Bulletin Board Moron of the Week contest - sponsored by the fund managers who knew so much better than the dirty plebs on Telit

It seems like everyone is reading obscure Itallian newspapers, because the Telit story is on everyone's lips. Even BBC Radio 4's Today show mentioned it this morning. Of course none of the mainstream media would ever admit to reading ShareProphets. Funny that.. we do track IP you know!

Because it is easy - Kennedy on Space, the World today on debt-binging

In a world in which "we do these things because they're easy", the outcome will eventually be very difficult and painful. On September 12, 1962, President John F. Kennedy gave a famous speech announcing the national goal of going to the moon by the end of the decade.  In a memorable line, Kennedy said we would pursue the many elements of the space program "not because they are easy, but because they are hard. Both nationally and internationally the overriding economic philosophy is currently "we do these things because they're easy" and relying on debt to pay today's expenses is at the top of the list. What's easier than using a line of credit to buy whatever you want or need? Nothing's easier than borrowing money, especially at super-low rates of interest.

KEFI

Another day and another snippet of good news from Kefi Minerals - buy at up to 6p - target 13p+ to sell

Kefi (KEFI) has announced that it has managed to reduce the amount needed to bring the Tulu Kapi project in Ethiopia into production by another $8 million. Following news of the $135 million Oryx funding last month the shortfall Kefi faced was $32 million, it is now just $24 million.

Congratulations! - You're a Share Winner In the 68,000 Club

Hello, Share Jigglers. The stats show that more than 68,000 different people logged onto this magnificent website last week. Darren Atwater, who recorded this amazing count is too modest to comment. So allow me to note that 68,000 is the equivalent of the entire population of a very big town.

New Bulletin Board Moron of the Week contest - sponsored by the fund managers who knew so much better than the dirty plebs on Telit

Just three months ago some of Britain's top fund managers ploughed more than 50 million dollars into a placing organised by AIM dog Telit Communications despite numerous warnings from ourselves and others. But they knew better and anyhow it was other people's money. The shares have collapsed today to less than half the placing price after the most awful set of interims. But the fund managers will still earn Inter City salaries + ( more than 125) and fat bonuses so who cares? Are there any folks in the share world dumber than those fund managers? Er....

FT Reports that Telit "parts company" with Oozi Cats - that's spin from the PR & no longer the issue

The Financial Times, always happy to help a company in trouble try to polish a turd with some PR spinning, is reporting that Telit Communications (TCM) is to part company with its founder, 12% shareholder and CEO Oozi Cats on a permanent basis. After our Boston fraudster revelations of last week Oozi had already stepped down pending an investigation by a law firm Cameron McKenna. After our revelations he was toast. But sacking Oozi is not enough after today's bombshells on this website - this is PR spinning and does not address the issue of wholesale fraud at Telit.

Telit bombshell Part 2 - its Distributors are oft on a par with those of Globo

Earlier today I published a bombshell that demonstrated that Telit (TCM) was Globo v2 - that is to say a FRAUD heading for zero in short order.. One of the points that caused Globo to unravel within days were its bogus distributors. I covered that in some detail in Part 1 of this series but here in  part 2 I offer up some graphics to make my point. Distributors account for only 30% of claimed sales but if they are bogus then is anything genuine? It is game over for Telit, the Fat Lady is getting ready... Enjoy what follows...

Obtala: When is an equity Issue not an equity issue?

When the cash still hasn’t arrived! Tom Winnifrith gets upset (see) when I write negative comments about Obtala (OBT) and so I’ve kept quiet for a while, but there comes a point when you just have to ask the question: WTF is going on? Since Tom believes in free speech (as well as Obtala) he - as ever - allows me to write here.
