Woodlarks total income last year was less than Oxfam's CEO earned - a video on where that little money went

Last year Woodlarks managed to do amazing work despite receiving income of just £126,650. That is less than the disgraced now ex CEO of Oxfam earned (excluding his generous expenses). With that cash it does some amazing work as the video below shows.  Brokerman Dan and I want to increase Woodlarks income by 20% in one go by raising £20,000 (+ gift aid) from sponsors for our 32 mile walk on July 28. We are now 39% there and we thank all who have backed us already. If you have not: Please please watch the video and sponsor us now HERE

Blue Prism Group – interims from a self-styled “global leader in Robotic Process Automation”. What sort of numbers then?

“Blue Prism (PRSM), a global leader in Robotic Process Automation, is pleased to announce unaudited interim results for the six months to 30 April 2018”. What sort of numbers is such a self-styled “global leader” delivering then?...

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: what is loathsome ex Tory MP Tony "Fatso" Baldry of 3DM infamy really saying?

In this podcast I reflect on how the UK is going to the dogs commenting on South West trains and the award of the Orwell prize to a proven specialist in fake news. George will be laughing in his grave. I cover boardroom shenanigans at Telit (TCM), shameless ramping at Andalas (ADL) which is really worth 0p, Frontera (FRR), D day looms, Westminster Group (WSG) and the ambiguity of loathsome ex Tory MP Tony "Fatso" Baldry of 3DM infamy, Rossylyn Data (RDT), Dillstone (DSG), Cluff Natural Resources (CLNR) and its pomopus arse of a founder and Optibiotix (OPTI). now I see that evil PR spinner and crony capitalist Reg Hoare has donated to Woodlarks in support of the my sponsored walk with Brokerman Dan. we are now just £31 short of £9,000 and 45% of our target - go on, do the decent thing and chip in HERE

EXPLOSIVE: Winnileaks strikes again – email evidence of Julie Meyer defrauding TWO sets of investors

Another email from Julie “Lingerie on expenses” Meyer has arrived at Winnileaks and shows unequivocal evidence that she has been engaged in fraud. This is from August 2017.

Purplebricks says that it doesn’t bully Aussie staff as agents continue to quit

Amid reports that Purplebricks (PURP) in Australia is suffering large scale staff losses as sales collapse and thus commissions dry up – true commissery – the company now faces allegations of bullying and that that it has created a “toxic” work environment.  The AFR reports today:

DSG

Dillistone – from “increasingly confident… will be transformational” to “disappointing” in less than 7 months

After June 2017 profit warning woe, a “GatedTalent demand surpasses expectations” announcement in December and “GatedTalent signs 100th client contract” announcement in February helped shares in Dillistone Group (DSG) go on to exceed 100p. There’s now an AGM trading update…

Highwayman

Oi Julie Meyer, does the Ariadne administrator know you are using his property? He does now!

When you are wanted by the rozzers in Malta on criminal charges,, being pursued by a range of banks and others over unpaid debts, being investigated by the FCA, MFSA, SFO, Action Fraud, IRS, HMRC and others, does theft of property from an administrator really matter? Well, clearly not for Julie “lingerie on expenses” Meyer MBE.

RDT

Rosslyn Data: profits warning x2, cash crunch, misleading RNS's, wrecked balance sheet – what is not to like?

Oh for the days when Rosslyn Data was run by that colourful chap who seemed embarrassed about his career in pornography. These days a boring bean counter is at the helm but the company is still a dog serving up a double profits warning topped with a meagre dose of jam tomorrow today. The balance sheet is a total wreck and surely another bailout placing is needed.

Clown

Julie Meyer seems to think it is Ariadne that is the toxic name and rebrands, Julie you are wrong

I note that Julie Meyer is still keen to tout herself as a guest speaker as you can see below. But she now appears keen to distance herself from the Ariadne name, something she has been pushing for a decade and a half. Does she think Ariadne has toxic associations? She now links herself to her private company Viva Capital - the one that has not filed accounts for 2016, 17 and 18 and whose last accounts were clearly bogus but showed cash of nil.  Whatever...

Afriag moves into medicinal cannabis: has the board been on it already?

Welcome to the strange and wonderful world of NEX-listed (and ex-AIM) Afriag (AFRI). Last night at no-one-is-watching o’clock (5.37pm) a very strange missive emanated from the company, which seems to have left a funny smell lingering in its wake. What’ve they been smoking?

Sprinkler Firm Set to Grow Strongly on Safety Concerns

Hello Share Coolers. Here's an interesting one for you. Even if the background is the appalling tragedy at Grenfell Tower. There was another tower block fire at Lewisham. But this time with a far, far happier outcome. This time 280 people were brought out unharmed.

KOOV

Koovs – it’s cash rather than social media reach which is currently critically important!

Seller of “affordable western fashion in India online”, Koovs (KOOV) has followed an announcement last week of “partners with Bollywood icon Taapsee Pannu” with “GQ Best Dressed Kunal Rawal Joins Rush For Koovs”. Hmmm, ramptastic?...

TERN

Tern – InVMA Contract news…or is it news at all? Still a sell.

AIM-listed Tern (TERN) has announced news of a contract for investee InVMA. Goodie, goodie – so the shares are a buy? Er…

PEB

Pebble Beach Systems – FY 2017 results; “a sound financial performance”. Really?

Pebble Beach Systems (PEB) has announced results for the 2017 calendar year, emphasising “adjusted operating profit for the continuing business of £0.5 million (loss in 2016 £(1.1 million))” and “the company will deliver improved profitability as a direct result of the restructure undertaken throughout 2017 and Q1 2018”. However, it is cash which is reality…

Are you investing or merely speculating?

Every time the US mainstream media talks about some new “wonderful new economic numbers” one needs to be very careful. Whilst it is true that the economic numbers have gotten slightly better since Donald Trump entered the White House, the rosy economic picture that the mainstream media is constantly painting is not completely true. If older methods were used for many of the reported headline numbers then all of the major US economic numbers would be absolutely terrible.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - explaining to our in house Bulletin Board moron why taking part in a placing is not insider dealing

I look at why taking part in the Premaitha (NIPT) placing did not constitute insider dealing but make a suggestion as to how to change the way AIM placings take part. I look at what the Countrywide (CWD) statement means for Purplebricks (PURP) and at UK housing activity, at MySquar (FRAUD) where SP Angel continues to turn a blind eye to crime, at Avanti Communications (AVN), R4E (R4E) and at a new NEX float Tectonic Gold (TTAU) formerly Stratmin and why AIM turned it down and what message that sends to flip flop Ben Turney and Teathers (TEA). Read about my extreme weekend suffering and be generous HERE

BST

Big Sofa - AIM Rule 13, cripes this is all such a bore; the shares are still a strong buy

AIM Rule 13 deals with related party transactions. Given that IPSOS now owns 20% of Big Sofa Technologies (BST) and has a seat on its board, all sales to IPSOS are viewed as related party deals. And since there are a lot of small Purchase Orders (POs), Nomad Spark and AIM have agreed a way to work around this.

Julie Meyer MBE spams her non GDPR compliant list with more blatant lies -when will this fraudster be stopped?

Wanted by the police in Malta on criminal charges, under investigation by the HMRC, FCA, MSFA, SFO, IRS and the UK Police you would have thought Julie "lingerie on expenses" Meyer MBE would stop telling blatant lies in order to somehow part folks from their wealth. But now, another piece of GDPR non compliant spam arrives twice in my inbox this weekend and, as you can see below it is utterly lie packed.
