Disgraceful: Regtech Open – has the villainous Alessandro Zamboni now missed 3 payments, shares now 87.5% down in under 2 months since IPO
Still the FCA refuses to intervene in the scandalous fraud that is Regtech Open (RTOP). The FCA approved a prospectus and the shares listed at 100p on August 25. Within a couple of weeks they were 304p. Now they are 12.5p, a loss of 87.5% in less than two months from the IPO and 97% off the peak of a couple of weeks later.- By Tom Winnifrith |

You Think All Footsie Shares Are Safe? Think Again.
Hello Share Folks. There’s a common perception that buying shares in Footsie jumbos is safer than penny shares. But it ain’t necessarily so. Therefore, it seems more sensible to have a mix of pennies, medium caps and Footsie members. As well as keeping at least 10% of your pile in cash.- By Malcolm Stacey |

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: who at team Pennpetro gets a kick out of lying in an RNS?
I start with the weather. The Rain in Wales only stops when it hails. The River Dee is rising and will, I predict, breach a bank tonight - this relates to my great obsession in life (other than Cheryl Cole ) as you can see HERE. Then it is into Optibiotix (OPTI), Pennpetro (PPP) and Victoria (VCP)- By Tom Winnifrith |

We might all like the concept of a luxury hotel, but what about the investor reality of buying shares in InterContinental Hotels Group?
We can talk about the UK macroeconomic numbers out this morning, but I doubt if any of you are particularly surprised that retail sales in September were shabby and government debt levels remain firm. All good fun for the upcoming budget and, naturally, picking-and-choosing your favourite UK-focused stocks… Either way, I am sure that InterContinental Hotels (IHG) is happy that it is offering room options around the world.- By Chris Bailey |

AIM-listed biotech Scancell (SCLP) ‘fessed up this morning that its full year results to April would be further delayed, originally promised for Thursday of last week and then 24th October. SkinBioTherapeutics – “extension of Croda contract for SkinBiotix”, enhanced commercialisation still upcoming: Strong Buy
Shares in SkinBioTherapeutics (SBTX) are currently down to 19.5p on the back of an announcement of an extension agreement to its collaboration contract for SkinBiotix with the cosmetics division (Sederma) of FTSE 100 Croda International (CRDA) for an additional twelve months to November 2024. This is presumably on fears of further “collaboration” delaying commercialisation, but we’ve spoken to SkinBioTherapeutics CEO Stuart Ashman and those fears look to be just plain wrong.- By HotStockRockets |

UPDATED: Big Dave Lenigas – is almost 3 months a short time? What are you hiding now?
I have put this question to the broker to the latest insolvent Lenigas promote, the fragrant Lucy Williams at Peterhouse but not yet had a response. You may remember that at the last possible moment Pennpetro (PPP) ducked out of publishing results for calendar 2022 by changing its year end, for no reason at all, to March 31.- By Tom Winnifrith |

GB Group – “half-year trading update”, how ‘pleasing’ is the performance and how “strong” is the financial position?…
Previously writing on digital location, identity verification and fraud software group GB (GBG), in April with the shares up to above 300p I concluded that its growth/valuation position certainly still meant I continued to avoid. What now of its half-year trading update and the shares currently up by approaching 5% in response, but still below 228p?

Saietta argues since listing “in 28 months… has transformed” – financially now for the much worse!…
Saietta Group (SED) has announced full-year results commencing that “since floating on the London Stock Exchange in July 2021, in 28 months Saietta has transformed from being just an axial flux technology R&D company into a designer of a range of complete eDrive solutions for vehicle manufacturers, secured a major global OEM as its launch customer for a range of their vehicle lines, established leading manufacturing facilities in both Sunderland and Delhi and appointed high quality local supply chains”. That sounds good, but a share price down from 120p on the listing to previously 38p and now 25p suggests there is also a different story.- By Steve Moore |

Celadon statement needed ASAP as shares continue to tank: still a £60m short
I really do hope that in penning this piece I am not going to interrupt another feminazi lunch being attended by Celadon Pharmaceuticals (CEL) PR head honcho Ms. Sarah McLeod. For I fear that Ms McLeod needs to stop discussing the gender pay gap and ensure her client – a company I have oft warned is drowning in red flags – to issue a statement as its share price continues to tumble. Here's why?- By Tom Winnifrith |

Tirupati – the killer words buried deep down in today’s statement
